I think they went with server wipe often in an attempt to keep it a bit more balanced. Bigger groups cant just go day 1 on these items, day 2 this, then that and be unstoppable forever. They can still control a server if it works out for them, but itll all wipe giving other groups the chance to potentially get ahead of the mega groups

I’m glad it’s wiping consistently for now. This game still seems very early on its development and I think player count will go up once it’s a bit more advanced content and mechanic wise. I know people constantly are saying “this game has potential” but I think that statement truly does apply to this game in this case.

Even better, put a tripwire in the road and 1 c4 a few meters before tripwire, convoy sets off tripwire which sets off c4 = convoy dead, you can hide and no need to peek.

Tricon and Holosun are the best RDS in game, they're the only ones with 1.4x zoom and a clear sight picture. I wouldn't use the gorza since Deadside has sight over bore implemented and Gorza's sight is too high. Could've get a high cap mag mod so you don't run out of ammo and had to reload all the time.

@@TorakOfficial Most RDS and High cap mags can be bought from special trader that spawn at random locations. My goto set up is AKMS with Holosun or Tricon, Mosin with ELCN or HMS amd a suppressed pistol for discrete wolf dispatch.

I'm liking the progress that they're making but I wish they'd focus more on things that will improve replayability as opposed to quality of life improvements and tweaks. Land vehicles should be at the top of the priority list imho. Giving players a better way to move around the map quickly will definitely improve playability. Balancing of AI skills needs addressing too. As clearly shown in your video, AI are somehow magically able to spot you from distances and angles that would be impossible for a human player. While challenging can be fun, such an imbalance doesn't make for fair battles.

I think i saw something the developer said. It was that they are working hard to get vehicles in the game but instead of us waiting months for that, they still want to fix other stuff and are making a few smaller updates before that. At least we know they care and are doing stuff to make the game progress :)

It would be nice to see vehicles… but the struggle has to remain a little bit… make the cars hard ish to drive say, maybe slow to brake and slow to start up, maybe make it quads and or bikes so that it’s easy to be shot off of maybe make them flip easy? Maybe loud af?

@@TorakOfficialI think THE most important issue that needs addressing is the AI's super-human abilities. Or at the very least make this something that players can turn on or off if they wish to play with ESP aimbots. Bots should not have skills that humans do not. The ability to detect you with their backs turned from crazy distances away for example is just silly. Vehicles won't matter if this glaring balancing issue is not addressed first.

I think Deadside isn’t really sure what they wanna be. With the new teased gun tweaks that would be the 4-5 big gun chnages so far. And imo rn we have a very good system. Each weapon feels good and shit low tier guns feel like that. And western weapons have that clean shot. Also they said armor changes. Like what do they wanna change 😂

IMO, they need to figure out the cover system before anything else. Your in 3 foot tall foliage in a full ghilli suit not moving and they see you instantly... Yea ok, thermal vision much. Even after you shoot once or twice most people still wouldnt know exactly where you were, theyd have an idea but not instant aim right at you.

Me and my friends just bought it and we played 6hours straight and took a small brake and got back on for another 5 ish hours… and we already did it all we have a big compound mid tier weapons which is fine to take out the Star missions and we are still struggling with food and water the stupid water collectors are slow af and the food is to rare and fish are only 20 saturation… also everything is taxed on the traders its wild.. its a really fun game but if the want players they need to do major polishing the gives me major scum vibes but it even scum on release was better… like i said i love these types of survival games and the fact insted of zombies its ai humans is way better! I hope they add base decorating stuff and an actual use for crafting benches and adding planters to grow crops would help! And i love when games have an in depth electricity system thats not to complex kina like in rust.. i think if they made it so you could play in single player and invite friends and allow single player community mods it would skyrocket the game.

If people hold that mind set I’ll wait till the servers fill up than people are going to have to keep waiting it’s awesome to see home far the game has come from when we had like 15 grid squares, just jump in and play for a while every now and than even if the server has three people maybe you’ll inspire someone else to jump in on a server idk but not playing and waiting around won’t do anyone any good

you do NOT need a detonator to explode the charges you can shoot the charges and they will blow up so you can be further away if needed.

Yea again they spot you inside a house cuz your helmet was pocking up 2 inches... Makes it so frustrating to play a game when the ai have ESP/autolock essentially, The second a part of you is visible they lock on regardless of camo or concealment. If dayz mod makers back in the day figured out a cover system to prevent that then these devs can as well. It should be the top priority atm, Sitting in a bush not moving in full ghillie and get shot from 400m away the second the ai comes around the corner is just not fun idk. Same with heading to a mission and suddenly through 500m of trees a group of ai start spamming at you, like bro there are trees blocking your view so how!!! Unless the guy had thermals it would literally be impossible to tell that was a person or not. makes having a ghillie useless, considering it doesn't make a difference if you're in bright ass cloths or a ghillie they see you either way. Think, The hunter call of the wild, your character has 3 different things that will give you away. Noise, smell and visibility, obviously they dont smell us in this game, but implement a similar system of: are you in cover, are you making noise, is there line of sight or stuff in between obscuring the view. It already exists in multiple games so it is possible to have ai that arnt as broken

@@TorakOfficialfor sure man, i still have hope for the game and still fire it up once in awhile after bigger updates. Just a little slow in development, i dont really know how big the team is either so cant exactly say it shouldnt take this long for updates, If it was a huge company then yea it'd be under heavy fire. So im guessing its a small team because there isnt a lot out there complaining about it.

zz games dead been same for 4 years. glad others are enjoying it but im just done with this russian company they are EXACTLY like tarkov developers, shit patch after shit patch, smacked supporter pack purchasers in the face by adding more safezone storage to those who didnt pay for supporter pack and needless to mention the corre gameplayy loop has been the same for over 2 years now. no new guns in over a year, no new features besides pve elements in over a year.
