I'm loving the ult changes, the game feels complete now that everyone can pop ult.

The biggest thing I have noticed about the extra ults, is opportunities to stun enemies. Almost every ult in the game can stagger bosses. This makes ults, such as some of the defender ults, still have utility even outside of just giving assist points. Ult staggers can interrupt boss attacks, and in certain teams you can almost completely lock down a boss due to this.

One thing I found interesting is that Seth and Ben are the *only* agents that grants you +3 Assist Points when using their ult. You'd think Caesar would have one as well because she's also a Defense Agent but no, she's the only exception. In a way, it's an interesting incentive to use Seth and Ben's ultimate. I think Caesar's ult (if I read the description right) helps increase daze buildup, that could explain why she doesn't have the same quirk that Seth and Ben have.

@SolessSolXS To be fair, I would not have known about this as well if there was no change to the game. 😅 Because of the new patch on how ultimates work now, I got curious and decided to read through several characters ultimate description to see if there's anything interesting or encourages to use it. Getting +3 Assist Points or increased daze buildup is a nice start even if it's pretty simple. So I agree with the video's sentiment and hope that we get to see more unique ultimates in the future.

Just a small note, while Caesar doesn't have it at base kit, she DOES get it with her fourth mindscape. Why it's locked behind a high mindscape? I have no idea... Perhaps as a way to attempt to balance her base kit? Really weird to have it locked behind mindscapes

Very good take on adding buffs/debuffs to ULTS. Hopefully, in the future, they also add unique attack combinations- something like guilty gear chain attacks or tekken combinations/juggles.

Everyone getting their own Ults instantly gave all stunners more value. Easy way to tack on a sizeable chunk of the daze meter no matter which stunner you're using. Actually in a side note i think Purge mode is something we will all need to keep our eyes on. It MIGHT be a testing ground to guage player reaction because i wouldnt at all be suprised if they are considering adding a "Leap" system like in P:GR where old characters are given new skills and passives unlockable via a new type of endgame currency/grind

You do need those assist points in endless tower though. To get more decibels for more ults and more daze for stuns. Also characters like Soukaku, the only way to get 3 vortex stacks safely is with her ult

I puleed for her but at cost of 90% of my chromatic mater tapes, I had 164 total of wishes. at wish 77 I got M1 grace life FK, then Miyabi showed up at wish 153.

Hate to be that guy but if you want pure combat depth, gacha games simply are not it 😂😂. Your best bet would be Wuwa, but in that game I felt like it was made to feel complex for the sake of it not to truely have fun engaging system than may be what a true RPG can do
