This was a pilot, so I didn’t get any say it, just “do you want it” & was shown the floorplan on paper, when I suggest door moved. Pilots are normally used at DRV open house to unveil the new floor plan to the dealers so it is built very “stock”.

I called them on Dec 17th at 11:07 a.m. and on Dec 20th at 4:23 p.m. to try to come by and see them because I would be on vacation until Jan 2, 2025, but I did not get a callback. I wanted to ensure they were open before I took the long trip from KCMO. We are going to Luxe in February. We may need a unit by June. Love your videos keep up the great work.

One problem, if the fridge, dies and needs repair, no access without removing the center isle , we had that and you talk about fun

I would have to do some measuring…. Doors come off, if island needs moved, it’s just a few screws and move a few inches, we use to have to do that in other rear sofa units at times.

Well we had this happen, fridge died,tried to get someone out, repair guy finally came out and told us he can’t do nothing because of the kitchen isle in the way. We used our 5 th wheel to live in it and only way to get this fixed was to get it hauled to dealership , it was under warranty , they would not pay for a mobile tec. Well we made due without it for a while and traded it off

Thank goodness DRV is listening. Myles previewed the DRV Houston. I was so disappointed in the quality and the cheap feel of that unit. Things like saw dust in every cabinet, no dove tail construction, carpet in the dining area, a all black kitchen pulls then you open the laundry door and there is w glaring brass hinge, heating ducts in the floor, ceramic tile did not cover the complete backsplash. Cheap faucet in the shower. Nicks and chips in the woodwork all over the unit. I was unimpressed for a rig termed ws luxury. I see the shower in this rig is still cheap. Come on DRV get with it. This one is much better. I think the benefit is this dealership (Alisha) tells DRV and they listen. Nice presentation too. Great job. DRV is slipping.

Umm I have a huge problem with seating for meals. So 2 sit and the rest stand to eat? Besides that nice unit with plenty of storage.

In our experience, high end units have seating for two. There are a few that have a dinette for four, but it gets a little crowded...

We can add a normal dining in the slide where the sofa is if you like. Seat 7 total, 2 at bar & 5 at table.

With opposing slides and an island in the kitchen, can you get to the refrigerator with the slides closed? Can the drawers under the microwave slide open during travel and get caught behind the closed slide trim?

I was impressed the first time I saw this floor plan and I was ready to buy it but the more I looked at it the more I realized I didn't want it. There's no upper cabinets in the kitchen. They're all below. And the bathroom is so tiny with the teeny tiny sink. For such a big beautiful coach I'm really surprised at the tiny bathroom and no upper cabinets in the kitchen

Love that rig, with one exception. A rig 43'6" long should have a bigger bathroom, just a little disappointed with that. Maybe take one foot away from the kitchen? Just our 2 cents.

The DRV’s we looked at in Hershey went cheap with thin plywood in the drawer’s. Wasn’t that impressive.

I agree for the price of these units you can get better quality from other manufacturers. You have had too many issues with your unit with trips back to manufacture and rolling retreats.

It's a brand new unit - and that's why we love Rolling Retreats. They have a massive Pre-Delivery-Inspection process that takes care of most warranty issues before the customer even takes delivery.
