Hello everyone, I forgot to mention that Asus has a lighter version of their software now called Armoury Crate Gear. It is a new lighter weight peripheral utility for those that want to use something other than Armory Crate. I have left a link for it in the description!

Have you tested to see if this mouse is compatible with Armoury Crate Gear? On the driver download page for the Keris II Ace, it only refers to the full Armoury Crate software, while on the same download driver/firmware page for the Harpe, it specifically mentions the Armoury Crate Gear software as being compatible with the mouse.

I bought it last week. It's awesome. 2 negatives. Armory Crate and bigger hands. Everything else is awesome about it. I think you can upgrade the firmware without armory crate. You can change DPI and Polling rate on the mouse.

I have this, Ajazz Apez, zaopin z1 pro. While I like the Ajazz wireless 8k, the feel and weight of keris II mouse is just spot for me. While it did cost more than my other 2 mouses combined, the software "armory crate' is just fleshed out vs the china close mouse softwares. Kinda wished ajazz just took the time and designed a program that would support all of their products in one software.

Thanks for the review I might get this. I have questions though 1: how's the build quality compared to razer DAV3 2: does it have a RGB light on the scroll wheel like the rog harpe ace? Like battery indicator? 3: does the large mouse skates similar to the skates of zowie ec2 wired?

Yes, it has RGB lighting and can be disabled.

@@ASUSUSA ohh great! But if i disable the rgb lights, does it still indicate the battery life of the mouse? I have rog harpe ace with rgb lights off and it blinks red if the battery is low :D

@@ASUSUSA would Asus ever consider letting us update the firmware without installing AC / AC lite? I used the lightweight version of AC and it’s still essentially malware. It installs WAY too much stuff. Any chance you would put firmware updates on your website separately?

Shape wise vs the Thorn which do you prefer? I hate how bad the 4k battery life is on the thorn... but i do love it. Curious if the asus battery life is similar or better or worse lol.

There are many factors in battery life but we have spent considerable time and effort in the development of our SpeedNova firmware which includes polling rate stability, and power consumption as well as RF performance. In our open measured battery value we have a higher battery life value than Lamzu ( 107 hours vs their cited 80 hours ) keep in mind this is with RGB lighting off and RF enviorment/settings to affect this. Hope this helps.

No, it already offers outstanding features, function and design and it will support our Polling Rate Booster, this means it will support both 4K and 8K operation. You just need to update the firmware and purchase the polling rate booster. Stay tuned for additional updates.

i cant see plastic mices after i bought magnesium one, really, for me now its look like joke. And i understand that mouse can be usefull for some people, but i just laugh just from a title(I hope you also treat this with irony). Another plastic mice with zowie ec2 form or something close to razer, what can be new? Just made new magnesium ec2. Plastic king? No no no. ahahh. I love your content as always, just weird that big companies dont understant what people really need. I also want to say that the shape of a light mouse may not be very suitable, but the weight will decide more than small changes in shape at the level of error
