I use the Monthly Planner at work and it is perfect! I do marketing for a senior home and it is perfect for laying out my marketing plan for the year and breaking it down by month. I use the dashboard page to track social media posts/outreach and I use the calendar for a full month view of all the marketing (ads/email outreach/ blogs/Facebook/ etc) I'm doing. The notes pages are perfect for meeting notes and planning posts and blogs. It's been such an excellent tool to keep myself organized.

I will be buying the academic planner as a work planner. I work as a graphic designer so the project page will work great for my main projects every month. I will just tear out the class schedule page at the front. sat and sun I'm thinking of using white out on the line down the center of each day and the circle bullet points, so those 2 days will act like a horizontal.

*GASP* I can't afford, and yet lust after, EC products so I will definitely be entering that giveaway for the hourly planner. I'm a school psychologist and need hourly layouts to be able to accurately notate all my meetings, and I'm so glad that EC is providing that layout now!

I have last years deskpad and it has metallic just like this years. the difference is last years stickers were more pastel whereas this years stickers are rainbow colored.

I think you are absolutely correct about that academic planner, I’m a lawyer and I think it would be good for me to use it for court dates and deadlines and I guess I can put in a small daily note too in the weekly spread hmmm I’m seriously thinking about it...luv ur cover selections too 💕

Have you tried the arc notebooks by I think its office max? Same concept as happy planner but like solid leather covers, and you could buy a hole punch to do your layouts that you offer for planners. I think that's what I'm going to do. Always wanted a EC though!

I have! I have a Tul notebook I use for coaching clients, too! The arc ones are really nice!

Brunoplanning on YT has punched her EC covers and planners into arc discs. I punched the cover from last summer’s surprise box for discbound because I wanted to try it and that wasn’t a huge favorite cover so I didn’t mind if I ruined it! It works well if you cut off the edge of the EC cover where it connects to the spiral and then use the big arc punch on it!

Yes, I will plan a video on my full KZbin setup soon. I've had a few people ask! I know a lot of people use tripods, but I am just using a stand made out of PVC pipe for my phone! Wasn't too expensive to put together!

I heard you mention the Academic planners and tought of my niece (university student) and my 10yo (6th grader soon) but when I saw the big one I wish I could buy one for myself hahhaha love that layout as it can be used for many things and is easy to cover the "student" headers

I really love the idea of this monthly planner, but I wish I could pick what kind of paper I have between each month. I'd prefer a grid paper between the monthly pages. I find the lined paper that comes in most planners is wide ruled, and I already have big writing, and I feel wide ruled paper is just asking for trouble. LOL

They have them for sale on their website fora limited time each quarter. The summer box is sold out, but I would imagine the Fall box will be coming in August, maybe? I'll try to post a reminder here and on IG when I see it go up! If you sign up for their newsletter, they should send you a notice when it's on sale. It usually will sell out within a day or so, though, so you have to kind of be looking for it.

I think it's ridiculous how she has so many Erin Condrin planners or planners in general that she's only going to be able to use once or that she would never use. I have one planner and that's it for me. I just don't see the need to spend money on so many monthly or yearly planners that you're never going to use again. Save the money for a family holiday or something.

Pretty sure she doesn't buy all of these - like some other KZbinrs she's a partner and gets discounts/free items! Also If you watch her notebook challenge videos she really does use four or five planners for different purposes. It's not for everyone, obviously, but not that uncommon in the planner community. It's a hobby. :)

In addition to the other response, she is a small business owner. She is a self-published author (she writes and edits her books, works with a cover artist, has to promote both her books and her KZbin channels, and come up with content ideas for both of them. Plus, she's a mom of two who likes to put pictures of her kids in planners that she uses like scrapbooks. So... I get it. Just watch a few of her videos, you'll see what I mean.

She's actually one of the few YTers I follow that meaningfully uses multiple planners which you see in her vids. Her system works for her, your system works for you. Neither is wrong or right. She isn't telling people that they need to emulate her, she's giving people a review and her thoughts to help others make the decision. It's something that brings her joy and happiness. These planners are prohibitively expense, (I'm I. Australia and the shipping is horrendous) so I understand where your coming from. We all have things we can indulge in that others could deem wasteful. But it's her money/bussiness/partnership with EC.
