I just learnt about this plug-in 2 mins ago plus still quite new to WF. Does anyone know if you can import a Figma converted page into an existing CMS site replacing an existing page?

Yes. The elements your copy from Figma to Webflow are just HTML and CSS code. After you paste in your elements to your Collection template page, you can bind those elements to your Collection fields. Hope this helps :)
