The 3.2L Wildtrak is my favorite. It's tough. Yeah..

worth mentioning, the equipment on the grill is aftermarket and it looks stunning and in South Africa this is a daily you find it in suburbs. I don't think the reviewer really gave himself time to know about this car

You definitely can use these as a daily. The reviewer has just looked at the bloody leaflet and then made the video😂

Love the non factory fit mustang headlights. Pity ford didn't have that idea in their design brief

Actually Ford Ranger is mainly for ASEAN with expanded into Asia(including Australia too). Being the popular & success pick up truck, Ford expand it worldwide!!

Actually Ranger was the original “mid sized” truck in the US in the early 90s from it’s predecessors (the “small sized”). It was phased out as larger trucks became more desirable. Now these are being marketed as “small”. There are many other even smaller variations out there around the world. I’m glad to see the ranger make it back.

Hopefully ford will offer the 2.0 or the 3.2 diesel here in America cause we only get the 2.3 eco boost its a great motor though

It's trash. Fast when you buy but at 100k you'll be having issues.

Had two of these: The ignition keys are made of soft metal and wear out leaving you stranded .😱😱 Also the later model 3.2 ( ad blue) are pretty gutless imo, compared to the 2013/2016 models. Nice looking vehicles, but the unnecessary electrics drive you balmy . Get 32 mpg easily not bad……

Nice man 👍As you can see on my profile pic I’m sitting on the back of a Ranger haha!! We have the 18 plate with the same 3.2 engine, although it sounds like yours may be slightly detuned maybe in your country? Where these excel is when towing, we have had 3.5 ton on our trailer and it’s effortless 👌👌They Have also just brought out the brand new 2.0 bi turbo diesel for this is our country as an option which produces 157kw and 500nm

Yes, I think we have slightly less power over here, as a 3.2 litre I expected more than 190bhp, also expected a little more power when you put your foot down. The wildtrak was nice on the inside though and rate the handling a lot. Very decent car. Need to drive more other brands to get an idea of who has the best pickup.

Trade Price Cars TV Yes would be good to compare against some of the other brands ie Nissan Navara/ Mercedes X Class etc 👍The Ranger is the overall top selling vehicle in my country - New Zealand

Y’all think that’s huge? It’d be funny if y’all had some F 250s then lmao but honestly it’s pretty big for a small truck though
@urfavmexican49945 жыл бұрын
Andrew Slatsky I personally drive a ranger, and my dad drives an f-250. The size comparison between both is huge. The 250 is way longer taller and wider😂

Id love to see you drive your f250s on our roads lol

For a medium size ute, yes it is big and a bit tall.

Man I’m glad I live in the US this truck is small. I like it but I would hate to feel crammed on roads in a small truck

32mpg is achievable in the manual but be pushing with auto, I loaded my wildtrak up with 4 people and quite a bit weight in the tray and drove 3hrs to Scotland then back again mostly motorway miles and averaged 37 mpg on cruise control @70mph, same 3.2l diesel 2017 model, I have towed 3.2 tonnes behind and it’s effortless due to the flat torque curve ford use on it, was really surprised our yank cousins didn’t get the option but ford likely don’t want to effect their F150 sales

Buddy of mine has the 3.2 like this one here and it’s a guzzler on diesel he’s not getting near 32 mpg like this guy is saying it will do in this video more like 21 to 23 mpg,, and he’s not a mad driver either more of a driving Miss daisy.

America always gets the shitty versions. No diesel option. No mustang LED headlights. No roof rack option. No 2 tone leather seat options. And no wildtrak at all!

32mpg... That's really like 25mpg in reality...and although it seems lovely I'll stick to flying a jumbo jet - less expensive and all that. Jesus.

I had one from Ford on test drive for 4 days ,£20 got me 97 miles and I played it hard ,half motorway and half urban driving and sometimes in sports mode, and a few miles off road on field tracks ,not far mpg as my T4 so got to get me one ;) they are great to drive
