Great information! I have Leica 'stuff' - been pondering a GFX acquisition- and went through this learning curve with Leica Photos (their equivalent app). Initially it was just awful, but it has gotten better with time. They did mostly sort out that capture problem, but I still don't use it because it's such a battery suck on the camera. I never stored photos on the phone- with the slow transfer time and image size, to me it's a non starter. I also use Capture One on desktop, and tried the iPad app- which works well- except it's the same image storage and speed problems. For what it's worth...
