As a Mexican being from Mexico the big difference now that stands out to me is back then they wouldn’t mess with women or kids but now everyone gets it even ..

Maybe it just wasn’t reported or investigated like it is now? Since Cartels are a huge focus’s now and anything attached to them just by rumor is posted by the media and blamed on cartels… u think u would ever think about people getting falsely arrested and doing years in prison? Bcuz some individual had enuff connections to make things happen or people getting their Rancho or getting killed for it… it’s not even a thought

That’s also mainly because now kids and women want to be part of that life too. They act tough and piss off real, hardcore MFs, and they end up getting it… simple as that

It’s weird bc some cartels claim they don’t mess with kids or women but then again they always lie to make it seem like there the good ones..but in Oaxaca Mexico there’s kids getting kidnapped so they can sell there organs ..there was a lady who seen a truck full of them she freaked out and started sayying what she saw later on she was killed ..

Rocco is 110% on the money. I worked in three border communities and had seen things transition from the “old school” traditional to the current state of affairs. I figured things would change, maybe already changing when NBC aired a television ministries entitled “Kingpin,” featuring a US ivy league educated cartel boss taking over Juarez. Not that we necessarily have Ivy League educated bosses running the shoes today, but they’ve learned to adapt and even set the pace. When the cartels figured out they had plenty of money and started exploiting technology, and probably acquiring expert training in weapons and tactics, that signaled a shift that no one was ready for. On the other hand, when money gets tight or political winds blow the other way, the first areas in US law enforcement to get defunded include training and the equipment to stay ahead of the game. Mexico probably suffers from this also. That they look at the drug business as well as hu… tra….. as simply a business to supply rich, pampered Americans with what they want is exactly what they are striving to do. Tra… doesn’t have the same moral stigma as it does up here despite the now overt efforts to legitimize those things. The cartels have adapted. When Americans preferred meth to coke & H, the cartels learned to make really good meth cheaper and in much greater quantity. Legalizing or decriminalizing everything else will not reduce or eliminate cartel strangleholds on everything until Americans truly decide they don’t want to delve into those evil habits anymore.

Old school cartels generally subscribed to the idea that violence is bad for business. Old school narcos would prefer to bribe to get what they wanted and only used violence when non violent tactics failed. If they had to take someone out they only took out the individual that crossed them, not family. The old-school Narcos invested in legitimate businesses in order to launder their drug profits and did not engage in extortion or kidnapping for ransom. These new generation cartels are much more violent and will use violence indiscriminately even when it’s not necessary to do so. These new cartels are much more fragmented and have expanded to extortion, human trafficking, and kidnapping for ransom as part of their business model . In the end, indiscriminate violence and Destruction destroys families and local economies and ultimately countries.

Mutual respect? Uhm no! Some of these guys risk their life, if they mess up a shipment or got some packages on consignment and can’t pay it back, they’ll disappear… maybe even a more than a few ppl may disappear? Some of these guys are 18-19 taking a huge risk, just to be able to put on a pair of Nike and some jeans and dress like Americans. They get caught up in the game, just to try and live life a little bit since there’s a big lack of opportunity over just to pay for effect day stuff. I don’t even see the point of law enforcement even arresting or being involved in anything that has to do with drugs or narcotics? Since they make zero difference and it’s just pointless… it’s obvious the Gov wants America pumped with drugz and full of addicts.

This cop is a complete sociopath , that he says he doesn’t take anything personally and this is the way he feeds his family , absolutely in humane , now if theres is violence or degenerate behavior against society , then yes laws are necessary for funcional society to exist , but if you don’t have the humane value system in your psychology , and its absolutely well documented that prisons are a for profit enterprise, and you know that the drug user is the the reason the drug industry exists, (albeit if the dealer is lacing the drugs or lying to the client , thats a breech and yes they should be imprisoned) but arresting dealers and users is only about profit for the criminal group exploiting the manipulation. They are more guilty than the so called dealer / user culture. Because they have the information and refuse to acknowledge it. The DEA, and drug task forces are a criminal organization. Duuuuh. This cop is so ignorant he even admits his doest care about civilization, he only cares about a pay check.

Everything i just said is really about psychology , and its absolutely real , our system of law enforcement is for profit entity , nothing to do with the truth , look up the kippler experiments , and there is way to prove what i wrote. Not many people are educated enough to really understand what i wrote. But the truth is that its a way to brain wash the people stupid enough, to follow orders that arent truthful. Thats all and maybe you can see the rationality, in what i wrote or maybe you arent able to comprehend the basis pf psychology that makes a person be desensitized and act irrationally , look “group mentality” and what its is. People need to be aware that truth is the law , nit a bunch of people that refuse to except the truth about human behavior, in order make a profit for them selves. Try to go deeper if you have the intelligence, otherwise reject it , and support your unwillingness to use your ability to reason , and remain on rejection of the for profit law enforcement , i dont need an english degree , i just have to be able use my sense of reason. Peace and love is how its done.
