Hans A. Von Spakovsky, senior legal fellow at the Heritage Foundation, discusses how Christian bakers were effectively persecuted by an administrative law judge who is a fund-raiser for gay activists. He describes how administrative law is being used to achieve things that leftist activists have not been able to do legislatively, or through the courts. Mr. Spakovsky also discusses the problem of sanctuary cities and why the Obama administration is - at least in part - responsible for the murder of a young woman in San Francisco by an illegal immigrant.
