@@czeckpointbetterhelp actually sold their clients data TO a lot of social media companies, primarily facebook, so that those companies could exploit health conditions of their clients with targeted ads! Just because a lot of social media does it doesn't mean it's right-- and betterhelp actually lied about this disclosure as well, saying for several years that no data was sold while it WAS being sold. look at it like this: a lot of companies sell your data. only a few do it in a way that gets them sued by the government, like betterhelp was.
