My sister and I were at the American Dream Mall in mid June but the museum was not yet open. It wasn’t until a friend, who is associated with The Smithereens, posted in Facebook her attendance of Premiere opening night that I knew it was finally opened. I’m glad for your video because it was insightful and somewhat prepares me for my going there most likely this week. I agree with the QR code inconvenience. I also think they should put what the person is famous for under their name, i.e., actor, singer, civil rights activist, etc. To not do this assumes that everyone knows simply by name who a person is. Btw, I just learned the other day that George R. R. Martin was born in Bayonne!

Hi Ray. I never knew how many wonderful people were from New Jersey. We all know Bon Jovi, Springsteen, Whitney Houston and so on but never knew all those were from NJ. I also never heard of "pork roll". Thank you Ray for sharing and for taking me along to this special Hall of Fame. Btw I love Queen Latifah

As I get older, I really start to appreciate living here more each day. It's kind of silly how negatively and outlandishly we're portrayed in TV shows and films because we're far from it. For such a small state, it's filled with so many great things to see and experience. Okay, I'm from Northeast Jersey so yes I say Taylor ham (don't come for me, lol) but I honestly didn't know about pork roll until maybe 10 years ago when my family and I used to own a restaurant in Long Branch...but I'll order it however ya call it because it's that good. I can see you as an astronaut...I mean you're already "out there" so you can be out there in space, lol. This was fun (but bummer about the QR codes), thanks for taking us along!

Cool, this was interesting to watch! Yes, NJ gets such a bad rap on some things but there is more to like here than there is to hate. I'm a pork roll guy and Central does exist since I lived there too but you already knew that. lol I agree with you if your going to an interactive place it should be interactive and NOT to use a code to scan on your phone for more info. So many famous people came from NJ! Buzz Aldrin lived in Glen Ridge, NJ and Peter Dinklage grew up in Morristown, NJ if you did not know that.
