From 0:55 to the end made me realize Michelle's voice is very much present in most of The Mamas and The Papas songs, it's just that her voice is at times and certain ranges easy to confuse with Cass. It also made me realize Michelle has a very powerful voice, but pretty much anything is overshadowed by Cass' voice. No wonder they had to re-hire Michelle after they had fired her; she was just as essential as the other three in the group. The harmony of the four was something that will likely never happen again.

I agree. Cass's voice was so fantastic that sometimes people will say that Michelle was only there because she was beautiful. Not true. I think Michelle's voice was great and she was a very important piece of the group.
