I want this but after owning a 2023 Sequoia with a failed hybrid motor and a 2023 toyota tundra now with a bad engine, and all LX's needing a new engine replacement. I am loosing faith in the turbo engines from toyota. I use to say you can rely on a toyota to get you there and back!!! But now I am no so sure, both my vehicles had under 15,000 miles and they both let me down and had to be at the shop for months to get fixed. That is not the legendary reliability I have come to expect from toyota

But you're receiving a free engine because of the recall. :) If you are in a Lemon Law state, you only just paid for gas and insurance for a free car! You get the original purchase price with markup (if you paid for markup) and taxes on the markup. You're now free to purchase a new vehicle or the same used vehicle with a brand new engine.

Nice.....great presentation of the design and engineering aspects of the new model. Would love to own one. Separately I read that it would incorporate a front differential locker in the Overtrail version....fantastic news. However I also read that apparently the Overtrail version would not incorporate e-KDSS, which would to be a major engineering oversight and would represent a step backwards in the vehicles offroad ability and driving experience disappointing many of Lexus Off Road driving fans in the process. Nice to see the hybrid battery tray in the Overtrail does away with the ability to have a 3rd row seat....great !!...please keep it that way.

Secondly, it is the land cruiser that sells most in the Middle East not the Lexus LX. And lastly, Toyota spent nearly 3/4 of this video on the off road capabilities, do you see any off-road tracks out there in the Middle East?

Still short on a few things, No Panoramic roof, not update to interior dash to compete with all the other Luxury SUVs, no longer wheel base to even compete with the New Infiniti QX80. Taking the Hybrid from the Toyota lineup doesn’t seem fair as lexus should be leader in putting things in there cars like they use too. The styling is super nice but wish it was stretched maybe 4-6 inches to create a luxury 3 row and storage. Bring back the reliability with innovation please. 2008-2017 was the best years

I am in Texas, USA and have own many Lexus since 1991 (matter of fact at least 20+ Lexus models). Now my young adult kids are driving nothing but Lexus brand😍. It is late into the hybrid world for the big Lexus LX. I really like to own the over trail model but the front grill doesn’t seem right for the look. The over trail model needs to be bold, tough, a bit muscular as well as kicking *SS on any terrain challenge and the front grill have to be wow at first glance. If Lexus make such beauty and I will buy at least 2 and the over trail must also a hybrid

When will you update that infotainment screen design? It looks so out of place compared to the neat and clean implementation on the LC300. Also a media controller would be nice too. Bring back the touchpad or introduce a scroll wheel controller like the BMW idrive.

@imnotusingmyrealname4566 Yes, I'm aware and I deliberately omitted that in my post, because it's not coming for the LX in the near future nor is it being discussed for this nameplate. LX 700h was trademarked in early 2023, some 2 years after first being rumored for the 4th generation LX. I stated back then, it was for the 2025 MY range of updates. The 300-Series deliberately engineered for V6 engines and not V8s. Any V8 targeted for this nameplate, likely will never happen. LC didn't receive a TTV8, LS didn't get a V8 at all, and only the IS 500 does, via the aging NA 2UR-GSE. RC F is gone. The new Dynamic Force V8 powertrain isn't earmarked for this vehicle, as if that decision was made today, it wouldn't be available until MY 2028 at earliest. The facelifted 310-Series LX will be 2027 and nothing suggests such a vehicle is due. In my opinion, it is needed.

It is a good SUV but why is there no hydrogen Lexus? With Toyota's superb hydrogen fuel cell technology, a 600+ horsepower hydrogen sports car for California and possibly Canada as well as for Japan and Europe of course, would be a fantastic idea. Offer hydrogen filling at Toyota dealerships in addition to gas stations and it would be a huge hit.

I wish you would have reworked the rear end and made it more like the 570’s rear and changed the mud flaps to be more cohesive, attached to the body from the top of the wheel arch like the cars of old unlike now when they look like after thoughts. Good looking mud flaps on SUVs make the car look good. These American style mud flaps are ugly
