About This Release:
​This is the aptly-named follow-up to our 2016 live-in-studio record The Nashville Session. Same set-up as before: during a mid-tour pit-stop the four of us ducked back into Welcome To 1979, a gorgeous vintage analogue studio in (wait for it...) Nashville, to perform a straight-to-tape live set in front of a small invited audience. On the original album our keyboard player Joe Tatton was limited to Hammond organ only, so for this session we decided to furnish him instead with a bunch of vintage pianos and an analogue synthesizer, and we picked a set of tunes accordingly. They are mainly existing NMS studio tracks whose arrangements have evolved organically in the years since they were originally recorded.
