Yeah, I agree, they should really be called Achievements, "Advancements" doesn't make much sense for a lot of these. Also they should add all of the pre-1.12 achievements back like Benchmarking, The Cake is A Lie, etc. cause they were really good achievements that also helped you learn about what you can/should do. Also the "DIAMONDS!!!" achievement was so much better than the new "Diamonds!" advancement, the excitement of getting diamonds was lost :/. "Diamonds to you" was also a funny achievement cause you had to learn to share your diamonds (and in Singleplayer you had to throw a diamond to a Zombie XD).

Ace sums up one of the reasons why I hate the newer Minecraft Versions very eloquently with the intro of this video. I sure do love spending 5 hours searching for some stupid new feature, 10k blocks away from my base, trying not to die while I'm at it, oh boy! (i have not seen a SINGLE panda on the newer versions, its like they dont even exist) Also Mojang adding in content that doesnt look like it fits the game like at all, the latest mob vote was so stupid, and the mob votes are stupid in general, why not just add all of them? All of those mobs look so out of place, like, the Allay? What? Copper Golem made a lot more sense. But no, I guess we had to have the flying blue hopper instead. Who am I to complain, I only play 1.7.10 and 1.8

Speaking from a coding standpoint, the following would be impossible to implement: "It's not multiplayer?" (How could the game detect if the base you built is impenetrable?) "In the shape of a circle" (Again, how could the game detect that?) "The End 2" (How would the game KNOW you're never gonna join your world again? Plus, achievements are per-world, so you wouldn't get the achievement (except in Bedrock, where achievements are per-account)
