Saludos desde Ciutadella de Menorca (Spain), me estoy volviendo loco con mi nuevo MPC ONE y no encuentro la forma de poder lanzar los samples en la secuencia utilizando el modo "PAD Mute" sin tener que esperar a que termine los 16 compases mientras se están reproduciendo, el ejemplo es que en un pad tengo un loop wav de batería que dura 16 compases, si este pad lo tengo muteado desde que reproduzco la secuencia a la hora de activar este loop en medio del compas solo se reproducirá a partir del compas 1, ¿existe alguna forma para que pueda reproducir el sampler a partir del compás que quiera? muchas gracias !!

@@AkaiProVideo Thanks for the generic response. It's a known bug that everyone knows about including Akai, and one that has yet to be sorted by Akai despite being known about for years. Look in the release notes for the new firmware 'known issues'. I contacted Akia support last year about a hardware issue and guess what - I'm still waiting for them to respond - jokers :-)

Hello, my name is Ricardo, I am Brazilian and I have an EWI USB, my notebook is defective and I cannot afford to buy another one at the moment, in my country it is very expensive compared to the USA and other countries. Akai should develop a quality sound application compatible with all EWI models, whether via cable or Bluetooth for its users, for Android and IOS systems, just like Yamaha and Roland did!!!

A lot of people are missing the point on this release. Forget the plus logo. Same price as the original One. . Yet they’ve added wifi, bluetooth and a free plug in. That’s a really good deal. Not sure on the red and why they didn’t chuck in an extra 2GB ram? Still I’ve ordered it, as I love the one format and I needed the wifi for ableton link on jam nights. MPC One MK2 I’d expect to see some hardware changes for sure. Better headphone Jack, volume knob on the top, usb 3.0 and following abletons lead maybe a compartment for a battery and nvme drive that can be bought separately.

@@Chyuuch I like software integration. I like many of their plug-ins, and a few I don’t. Their software is one of the primary selling points and functions of the machine. Keeping software up to date shouldn’t be a luxury, it should be an expectation. Also, I have no idea why people want a new MPC when there is infinite potential and possibility on the current ones. Makes no damn sense to me.

Just bought one of these. It’s my first dive into the MPC world. I love it so far but the MPC workflow is challenging to get into, however I feel it will be worth the effort once I get to grips with it. I see a lot of complaints about the updated features being limited and if I owned a regular ONE I wouldn’t upgrade but if like me your buying your first I think it’s great value for money. I’m interested in something I saw in another video that said this has a different processor from the standard one that is the same as the Live 2 and the X. I’ve only seen it mentioned in one video. Jetzt da der Push 3 gekommen ist, kann ich endlich von der Limitierten MPC Software weg, seit Ewigkeiten schreib ich überall das, die MIDI Mappings verschwinden, das keine vernünftige Automations Funktionen vorhanden sind (kopieren, einfache diagonale ziehen und und und), nur 4 Effekte, nur 8 Plugins und das ist nur die spitze des Eisberges, jetzt wird für mich die MPC nur noch ein Synthesizer sein, vielleicht kommt ja mal eine Standalone Plugin Box, ohne MPC und nur die Plugins mit oberflache für MIDI. Bye Bye Akai

Let me inspire Akai with colors and i promise them they will sell. Colors: Kiwi, Lime, Turquoise, Royal blue, Deep Purple, Bordeaux, Marine, Sky Blue, Mango, Fuschia, Mint. Pads: All the pads must have a darker color of the casing color. Example: casing color is Sky blue, pads are darker of the same color. Color sequencer: Make sure that the color of the sequencer can be customized as well in the next update to fit the color of the casing and pads.

WORST MIDI EDITOR EVER Seriously, this is bad. I'm actually offended at how bad it is, because it doesn't have to be. But it looks very much like whoever designed the UI for the midi editor didn't do any user interviews at all. I've got a very long sample from a singer on which I'm TRYING to lay down drums. But I can't loop any section of the vocals with this midi editor. So I broke the sample down into bars so I could loop it. Now when I'm done with a loop section and want to move forward in the sample to the next loop, the UI decides to zoom me ALL the way out so now I have to remember where the previous loop was and zoom back in. super frustrating. Is there not a way to loop an arbitrary section of a sample? I thought maybe the clip program can do that but what even is a clip program? As far as I can tell its just a different name for a drum program. A clip program lets you assign samples to pads, is that not what a drum program does too? Akai is supposed to be the Ferrari of music production but If I bought a Ferrari and I had to reach into the glove compartment to shift gears, I'd be upset. Akai has been at this so long and has had many chances to build a good midi editor but at this point I can only assume they just don't care.
