So elusive and left the high fashion world and us normal mortals who loved her just like that without a trace.😢😢 Didn’t expect her to appear even though she did the recent surprise campaign after Sabato came in. @LoicPrigent how was Daria? was she avoiding people and all quiet? Je ne sais pas comment je peux exprimer mon admiration pour le travail de Loic Prigent. Alors je vais raconter une anecdote des années 80. Mon meilleur ami Renaud Poiret travaillait à l’époque pour Torrente comme premier d’atelier. Leur plus célèbre cliente était Claude Pompidou . Un jour que Madame Pompidou demandait á faire son deuxième essai pour son tailleur moutarde, la jeune couturière issue de la banlieue lui annonça que son tailleur « Motarde » venait juste d’être prêt. Très excitée que son tailleur moutarde soir devenu soudainement un tailleur « Motarde » Madame Pompidou aurait dit : Je suis prête !

Congrats to Sabato De Sarno. From what I know, first shows, the new designer will dig deep into the archives to stay true to what came before. Alessandro Michele's deep dive into the archives may have been the most EXCITING to date. Sabato De Sarno could have benefitted from a great stylist for his show. First, at last the wierdness is at rest - for now. But, secondly, this kind felt like a tennis second serve. After the wild first serve that made the pro look foolish, the second serve is always safer, corrected. Over-corrected. Fortunately, there are some beautiful dresses. The bikini tops are eye-catching but pointless. (Is that a pun?) It is wonderful getting to catch up with all of your excellent videos! But 9⃣ full minutes of hoi-paloi? That was my first hint that Gucci had not given you enough to work with. But you can make a silk purse out of a sow's ear, so of course you came through! Thanks, as always!
