I have a Motor Goat v3. Love it. They have some kinks to work out but for the money it's one of the best bikes you can get.

Are you experiencing the same issue with the status of the battery on your v3?

@@troygillan8695 No my battery is fine, praise god. I live in Canada so they had to send me a battery from their Chinese manufacturer separately from the bike (weird dumb customs/importing laws), so it took forever. But yeah the battery issue was a big problem in the early summer. I think that they just got a bad batch of batteries. Mainly the kinks I see are/were having are the battery, the bracket you attach the battery to on the Motor Goat is very finicky and if you don't do it right it can fall off your bike. You really have to make sure it clicks in. Also, even though the brakes are very grabby and feel great, the pads are wearing out fast. They could also do a better job at communicating with their customers. They are a small company so I gave them a lot of slack, but when I ordered the bike nobody told me the battery was coming separate and it took me awhile to beat any information out of them about it. Then, apparently their first shipment of batteries got recalled by the shipper because the boxes were not labelled properly and they had to send them out again which I was not told. It was a huge mess. Once I got on the bike and rode it, well you can forgive them for a lot because the bike is a blast. I am sure they will/have worked most of the kinks out. You just get so much fun and value out of your money with this thing, and if you are into moped style e-bikes, I think they are best looking ones.

I have found that no matter what company you buy from you should check all fasteners. In addition I have seen only quality welds and a very sturdy bike. In addition if you are worried about the plastic fenders don’t because it is used for weight reduction. Plus plastic won’t rust. If you do reviews for a living maybe try to be a lil more scientific with your approach. I have never seen the tire squeal test on another review before. Impressive if you want buy tires soon. So you call this a budget bike. I think a budget bike is under a 1000 bucks or around that price to me. I am not trying to be an ass but damn man if you’re going to do the job at least do some investigation before you do a video. Remember Winners do what Loser won’t!
