Today I ordered my fourth club (56 Sugar Daddy III wedge) from my PXG rep after doing an irons fit a few months ago. Looking forward to giving it a workout!

Great video. I have three of these wedges coming in next week: 50 & 54 (s-grind) and 58 (BP grind). Can't wait to use them!

You’ve done it right! The 58 is going to be a dream out of soft sand 🔥

Looks like C-grind is ideal for 50-52 degree, suited for tight lies?
@jayholiday2563 ай бұрын
I don’t think they make that. I ordered the 50 and its only available in S grind

Looks wise they are 😍

If you play soft bunkers with loads of sand lots of bounce is good but if you have to play hard bunkers with very little sand low bounce works better so not just for tight lies.

Good point, I’d not thought about that.

Never seen them available locally for a custom fit, I'd need a full fit to even consider looking at them

Luckily we have a rep here in Bethesda, Maryland and he really knows his clubs and how to customize them to each player.

Hey Gaz, please ask PXG: “Why don’t they have 46 degree (Pitching Wedge) Sugar Daddy wedges..?” If they did, it would be possible to really get a consistent feel across all wedges (you know Titleist do). To be honest, I’m gutted they’ve just started offering varied bounce wedges. Years ago I really researched and got the right loft and bounce for all my Mizuno wedges. I’m brooding for a 60 degree Sugar Daddy with a low bounce 😊 Great info Gaz 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Stay Blessed 💕🙏🏽

Good point on the 46* The do read and take note of comments, but I will ask next time I’m with them. I really did like the BP grind out of the sand 👌🏼

@@garymartingolf And I have to order a 48 to follow my 44 degree Mizuno PW, but since PXG only offers a 50, i have to have it bent to 48, not sure i like that at $276.20 per club X 3 + $828.58 total including MN sales tax, and a non-negotiable $40 shipping fee. Hmmm... There is a reason i am still on the fence for this purchase. And i was fitted indoors, on plastic grass. Come Bobby, help me make me want to pay more for PXG!!!

I’ve went back to my SD2, better feel and control.

I find sd3 way harder than sd2. Harsh feeling compared to last model.

I’ve not tried them head to head, so it’s hard to comment. I’ve still got the 2’s, so I’ll be testing head to head soon.

@@garymartingolfSo I’m currently gaming the 0311 Pxg wedges . Have you hit those to compare to the SDII ?

I'm with you there. Unless you are going to do. Pick 7 deal with the sugar daddy wedges as part of your choice, they will be out of reach for many golfers. I'm also from Canada and I also have lots of pxg in the bag, so I'm speaking as a fan here, not a troll.

@@jonathans.7167 Right on with the Pick 7 deal. That's what I went with.
