Hi! Thanks for the question, no the Dreame L40 doesn’t have this problem, maybe just because it’s new. Have you tried to do this steps? 1. Sensors being dirty or obstructed: Dust or debris on the cliff sensors, bumper sensors, or wheels can cause the vacuum to think it’s stuck. Cleaning these areas regularly might help reduce false error messages. 2. Uneven flooring or carpets: Transitions between surfaces (like rugs or uneven floors) can sometimes trick the vacuum into thinking it’s stuck. This is especially common with carpets that are too plush or thick. 3. Firmware issues: Sometimes the problem lies in the software. Checking for firmware updates through the Dreame app can resolve issues like this, as manufacturers often release updates to improve detection and navigation. 4. Battery or power issues: If the battery isn’t holding a consistent charge, it can occasionally make the robot stop mid-session. Ensuring it’s fully charged or checking for battery issues could help. If non of these solutions work, you might want to contact Dreame’s customer support. They can sometimes offer additional troubleshooting steps, or if it’s a defect, they might suggest a repair or replacement. Let me know! Hope this helps!

Hi! I understand that you don’t want to give back the robot, but the x30 ultra was discontinued, so they can’t replace it, but still I think they can change it to another robo vac, hope you liked my video, bye!
