Broskow KFC3 without a doubt. My mind was absolutely blown by that section back in the day. Honourable mention for Sven Boekhurst too because that man has just never stopped ripping and ive been a fan of him since i first seen him in the xgames. Love old TRS skates. Currently skating a pair of TRS Downtowns that a friend found in storage!

My favorite RB section has to be the video by Rollerblade where Chris Edwards breaks both arms. Arlo may have been my favorite Blader at that time, but Chris will always have my respect for that section. 🙌 💪🏾

How long did it take everyone to realize they're talking pounds as in currency? In the beginning he says, "they're 300 pounds" then minutes later, "they're light" and it finally clicked... oof great review! Loved solos, looking forward to these for sure. Farmer in Words was a great section.

You guys are very entertaining. Keep it up. What I do want to see from Loco though is a database or something that shows you what skates fit the same as other skates. I'm currently riding a UK 8 CJ carbon and I could use probably two or three millimeters at the end but they fit pretty damn well. I don't know how that translates to any other skate. Obviously width comes into it but length seems to be the number one determining factor in skate production. The other thing I want to know is do the Kaizer soulframes fit? I'm sorry I haven't watched enough to remember all of your names yet but somebody mentioned an M12.... but you didn't have an M12 on hand to compare it to and I just think that if you had someone there to go grab an M12 and throw it at you then you could do that comparison on the spot. you know what I mean? Or maybe seeing you've got a size 8 in this skate then have a bunch of other skates just sitting nearby in a size 8 so you can do soul width comparisons. not in centimeters but actually side by side and we can see for ourselves. For all the flat skates all you need is a selection of sole plates right? Easy in my mind. If you just threw them on the photo copier and then had a piece of paper to sit the new skate on and say oh well the soul plates obviously bigger than a size 8 in a _____... What is the height difference of the blank frame compared to something like a create? if you put creates on the SK blank skate does that make you stand up too much in royals or what happens? Things like that. Mayby start a database of actual angles. And we could put numbers to these types of things. 'ahh well the CJ carbon seba has an angle of 45°, so if you're in this skate it's going to lean over a little bit more than the others.' All that stuff could be very useful when purchasing a skate in my opinion. I love what you doing. keep it up. peace.

Honestly, Sizemore on the Solos was insane for me as something that's a bit recent, prior to this I do think back to the super old school stuff of Chris Edwards and massive knee gaskets :D Thanks for video the informal chat was awesome, hope you are able to keep doing these for releases and also do that 6 month later. Skates 6months later would be super interesting to hear how they held out, if you regret sticking to them's after the time etc.

Probably the best skate out of the box. No mods, not adjustments, all stock and it feels good. Like an Aeons, skate and have fun.

kfc 3 or 2 for sure. The sizemore wrs edit on the rb's was just beautiful in it's own way. Great video my dudes, seriously considering this skate now. Finding it hard to find something around the 8.25 shoe size that I like at the moment - small thems slightly too small, mediums feel too big & same thing with aeons. Also a big fan of SK so happy to support that dude.
@diridavy63853 жыл бұрын
Thinking of Rollerblade, it's gotta be broskow's kfc3 section. No doubt about it😅 Style, skates, music. Just epic. Still a miracle how he was able to keep those pants in place.

I was never a fan of how rollerblades looked but Sizemore wrs section was one of the first times I saw someone skating solos and didn’t think the skates looked terrible. However Sven Boekhorsts section in plastic pushers 2 really made me interested in this skate. Even though it’s just a re-designed solo I think they’ve made it a much more attractive skate.

8:30 it´s because if it´s too flat and too wide, your feet won´t bend sideways on a ledge. It helps with having your foot locked on a 45 degree angle while locked on soul tricks, and for as wide as it is, it will still hold well on topside tricks. What it can never be is the heel part of the soul plate be smaller than the front of it, like the old plates and like Them´s were.

what i really want to know is how the sizing compares to SL's or genesys. is the RB size 8 bigger or smaller than the 7-8 razors shells? the fact you guys mention its a "tall" skate has made me so happy as a guy with a high instep, these are now on my wishlist. as for favorite section, everybody saying KFC 3 broskow, but we all know its will gordon in masters of delusion.

not aggressive related, but "Greg Mirzoyan Bombing down the salt mine in Poland" or any of the "GM Diaries", again not aggressive related, but his style is so clean and so technical is a beauty to see him skating. Excellent video guys, you’ve answered all of the questions other videos didn’t pick up on. I loved the old RB range and I even conceptualised what a new skate might look like ahead of the Blank release. The real SK skate came pretty close to what I’d hoped for so I’m keen to get hold of a pair so that I can do a retro style custom and lay down some shredding Down Under. Skates aren’t cheap or easy to get hold of in NZ so if you’re up for sending them over then I’ll foot the postage and order some extra hardware too! Favourite section featuring RB skates in full shred - Everything’s 2 Fucked - Richard Taylor. Keep up the good work lads, -🕷

What i hate about this "modern" skates is that the soulplate is overall to wide. At the back and especially in the mid section. So you cant go deep wothout lifting the frame from the curb/ rail/ coping. I was activly skating in the second half of the 90s and not used to this new style of skates. I just get started again, bought the SK blank and already filed the bsckslide groove wider and deeper from the side, yesterday. I did it, because i wasnt able to lock my unity properly, due to both frames were completely in the air and the soulplate is kinda straight from the side. I still have to test, if my customization suits better to me. But i also understand that the shifty/ royale is much easier with those soulplates.
