I wouldn’t say I was groomed or anything but when I was 16 I dated a 21 year old guy against my parents’ wishes because I thought I was a lot more mature than I actually was. Looking back now as a 23 year old, I cringe so hard at the fact I thought this guy was my soulmate. I think most if not all people think that they’re more mature than they are and I’m pretty certain that’s the case with Gemma.
