My word your new shed is going to be amazing when it's finished but I have to agree with the rest of the comments better to slope the floor away from the bedding to keep it drier 🙂

Surely you’ll just end up with very wet bedding all the time. If you slope the floor the other way then bedding should stay dryer and you can scrape out the passage where they will just be standing. Also washing out will be a nightmare if all liquid goes to the outside walls.

Ye I would be thinking fall the floor towards the passage and have very subtle gully’s where the liquid can run down the shed along the passage out of the shed

Not really, as the bedding builds up will be stay dry on the top.

I would definitely slope it the other way. Leaking water trough or anything and bedding will be flooded. Keep straw nice and dry particularly for calves

Although it will surprise most to have the concrete slope into the bedding, most will be looking at the extra bedding cost but if you have plenty and you can gain value and maximise nutrient return to the field, it’s a win. But I can see you getting a chopper to speed the job up or you’re going to need to be extremely fit rolling bales!

You definitely want the fall the other way unless you're putting a drainage system in against the wall. But then you'll have to install a storage tank.
