The armour set received in this bundle is an old armour set. The current one, which has only been around for a couple of years, is a much darker green and gold, and the gauntlets produce silver coins rather than gold. Once this variation was released, AJHQ discontinued the older version, with the exception of this bundle, and gave it a rare tag. The reason you see no difference between the pieces you own is because both are the older variation, and therefore have the rare tag.

The best part of the update for me was probably the return of the Lucky Clovers adventure. I've been hoarding those giant clover patches and clover trees like there's no tomorrow because they just make a great den item. I've played it so much I've memorized the locations. -shadowcipher

The armor is actually a re-release of the rare armor that was released one year. It won't be in the diamonds shop, instead the one with the silver coins will most likely be in the diamond shop.

I have to disagree with you on the skunk décor, I honestly think it's super cute and a great way for AJ to promote themselves and gain members-- the exclusive skunk is super cute and I've definitely been seeing more and more skunks recently, so their marketing is 100% working! Now, other than the psychology behind it, I really think the den items are adorable as well, and they do play around with the idea of skunks smelling bad, hence the large perfume bottle :). My username is loonatheworlld but im a nonmember :/ !
