I'm loving the series so far! The only gripes I have are the spider being from another dimension instead of being radioactive/genetically altered from a lab and Peter carrying a tank, it shouldn't bother me, but I always keep asking to myself, "Since when did Peter ever need tanks and tubes to store web fluid? Isn't that what the web cartridges from his belt and web shooters are for?" I totally respect them wanted to be different, but wouldn't that just make him more vulnerable during battles? As it was shown in the comic version when he was fighting the Enforcers. But all and all, I enjoy this version, the animation feels like an improvement from the 2017 series, especially the swinging scenes with the great music to go with it. And the characters are surprisingly good, especially Norman Osborn. This show definitely felt like 60s, Spectacular, MTV and MCU all into one. So can't wait for more!

I know the opinion is subjective but I was totally on the other side about the style of the animation. Loved it. Comparing it to Invincible, while Invincible's fight scenes are great, the other stuff feels too clean and empty for lack of better terms. This show feels exactly why I started reading comics.

@@martelharris755 Sometimes you can just tell. In any regard, it's absolutely baffling that a series like this can get greenlit for three seasons before it even airs. I've noticed its only bad to mid shows that get this luxury. Some good shows dont even make it to season 2

It's only 2 episodes, you grifters. Y'all need to figure out whether you just want classic old '98 Spiderman with no surprises, or a brand new take that keeps you guessing. The animation style happens to be a *marvel* (the definition, not the brand) fusion of modern day technology and art that takes time, patience, and skill. These are stylistic choices, so calling it "wrong/bad" completely misses the mark. Make an apology video at the end of the season, or you're grifters, click baiting for unearned relevance/clout

We did state in the video that it's only 2 episodes and that we're hoping to see where the rest of the season goes. The animation though..., we get that art is subjective. What we find "ugly and choppy." you see as a "marvel" of modern technology and artistry. That's fine. Our critique comes from our personal preference, it's an opinion. Just as you're entitled to your enthusiasm, we're equally entitled to our more critical take. The reason we do the discussion format instead of "faceless voice explaining why they're right over trailer footage is because people like different things. Like we said, we will be watching weekly and making a video on our thoughts and hoping all the whole that it gets good. Also, calling something rough when that's the sentiment shared by most people isn't clickbait at all and doesn't get us any "clout". The smart business move would be to say it's good and get the superfans to attack anyone that says otherwise.

It looks like a dollar store coloring book brought to life. It's objectively an eyesore that looks like the worst rotoscoping I've ever seen. You must have worked on it to be defending it. It's stiff as a board and hideous. Marvel Rivals has better designs and the animation looks infinitely better than either this or What If. Marvel animation is truly terrible.
