I have the royal blue lore. I’ve used it for a few rounds and my only gripe is was the lack of a hard bottom in the main compartment. I wound up cutting a foam piece to fit and it’s so much better.

Thank you! I had the same issue/gripe about the putter pocket flap. I wish they had copied the legend 3.0 in regards to the putter pocket flap, zipper from the back to the front with the flap on the front of the bag.

Aesthetically, I prefer the layout of the putter flap on the Lore. But, I don't know if it's worth the gripe of it getting caught every time I pull a putter. Lol

Great video, I'm really enjoying your reviews as I try and decide on a new bag for next season. What are the dimensions of the water bladder pocket? I'm wondering if it will fit the one I already have or if I'll need one specificially for this bag. I don't want to go up to a Legend or Octothorpe just to fit my bladder!

Hi, thank you for stopping by! The dimensions of the bladder pocket are 10.5 inches in height from the bottom of the pocket to the loop (place to hook the top of the bladder). The most narrow part of the bladder (bottom of the bladder) is 3 inches wide, and the widest part (top of the bladder pocket) is 7 inches wide.

Your review was really great. I was on the fence about getting a smaller bag for those rounds where i know i only need a handful of discs but working on seasoning their backups and this bag was really ideal for that but i think i can just keep using my link and would probably consider the upcoming Conrad voyager lite from MVP instead

@@Viridisk in my opinion it would be 10-15 minutes. I’m new to disc golf but been watching reviews for ball golf for many years. Maybe check out Rick Shiels. He is by far the most popular reviewer for ball golf. He seems to cover pretty much every detail in less than 15 minutes. This is no criticism to your videos, just suggestions. Keep it up!

I like the long review. 10 to 15 minutes would be too short. Before I spend $200 on a bag I want to know as much as possible. Thanks for the review. I guess I will pass due to the putter pocket pushing against discs in the main when taking them out

@@markwagner8609 I guess it’s just personal preference. If you care to know, I have bought the bag after the review and been using for about a month. The putter pocket is a none issue for me. I can put 6 putters in in either direction and never had the anything get stuck or the lid come out. I also have it fully packed with and don’t have issues with the putters pushing down and making it difficult to remove the lower discs.

I would not like discs in the lower compartment rubbing against the button if the putter pouch when removing them. So, you haven't noticed that happening? Thanks! I guess I could get a Rufus. The upgrades on the 2.0 are fantastic for those who found the nuances on the 1.0 cumbersome. If current owners find that the overall experience of the 1.0 to be lackluster, then the upgrades are worth the extra money or trading up.

I just got 2.0 and it is by far the least comfortable bag i have ever worn. All the weight of the bag rests on my lower back on that pad and its super uncomfortable

I have the 2.0 and the bag is wonderful except massively uncomfortable on my back. Too much of the weigh rests on lower back which you touch on. Hate it

@@Viridisk I already sold it and went back to a c series grip. It’s horrific. The only part of bag that physically came in contact with my body was like the leading edge of the back pad. Didn’t matter if I adjusted top straps or bottom. Every person I had try it on said the same thing

People try to carry too much stuff. Why would you want to lug around a 50 lb bag. If you like to carry a ton of stuff then just get a cart and save your back. Great video though! I think the smartest folks will carry just what they really need and no more, just like a backpacker.

I think some people prefer a backpack over a cart on the course. But, I do prefer a light pack for hiking.
