Most arca plates have the option of adding stop screws.

Nice review. FYI. Not a fluid head, as those actually have a fluid cylinder built into the head.

Correct, I am not 100% on this one but I do believe there is a fluid element in the tilt and pan of this head. It feels way too smooth to be strictly friction, but I could be wrong!
