The NEW Stylecraft InstinctX; Is It Worth The Upgrade?

I live confined to a hospital bed at home. My routine for years has been to simply use a Wahl Peanut as sort of a 'dry shave' solution, as I can't get to a sink, right. I guess they finally got old and instead of re-upping with a fresh blade I started my research. I deserve something 'nice' right? : ) I decided I wanted the new StyleCraft trimmer "The One" blade, but couldn't really afford the approx $180 for a brand new trimmer. I confirmed with Stylecraft reps that "The One" or stylecraft blades will fit on any Stylecraft OR Gamma+ trimmer. My genius* plan: save a LOT by getting the Stylecraft Power Ryde & Power Cruiser BUNDLE and put "The One" on the Power Cruiser trimmer. My initial review: that thing is SHARP! and I really need to take care at the bottom of the neck mostly. Then, your review answered my questions re: the UNO 2.0 and I just received & used that. While I give the products big thumbs up, I really give the best review to your channel! Thanks for the content, sir!!

I have and love the Instinct but still really want these too. EDIT: I did love my Instinct. Until it quit working in the middle of a haircut. Apparently it’s a relatively common issue with the soldering on the battery. I need to find my receipt now so I can return them with the warranty. It’s only been around six months since I bought them.

Even though this video might be a little older, I didn’t look at the date on the video you made this but as of today they just came out with the pre-order of the instinct, the regular instinct, but all metal body not sure if it’s all metal. The back just might be metal. I’m not sure, but that thing looks so upgraded. It said not to get hot at all and is quiet like the instinct X and some other new features I don’t need it. It’s just something I don’t know. I got an addiction buying clippers my God technology nowadays with these clippers, I give them props to Stylecraft and Gamma. They really are doing their thing, somebody starting to try new things we’ll see how that works out. I still love Andy I still lovewahl.

Great content, the instinct X clipper is now my go to I absolutely love the technology, and I enjoy the speed the consistency speed. It reminds me of when I had my machines plugged into the wall before the cordless. It’s just amazing what they can do with technology. they definitely stepped their game up and I agree with you, they should definitely keep these on stock because if anything happens with mine though I have other clippers good ones too. This is something that I wanna keep in arsenal at all times.

If you want to reduce the vibration you can buy metal shell it will give it a bit more weight but a lot less vibration

It’s the same as the TPOB goblin and instinct with added battery causing a bigger size. The closet it doesn’t have a USB C just shows it’s a reskin with nothing but added battery power. But the clipper is class and So is the trimmer.

Im not messing with Stylecraft or Gamma. I've purchased the mythic, 2 rebels and a boosted clipper and the Saber trimmer. No issues with the mythic just not a fan of how bottom heavy they are. Saber trimmer is cool. Not my go to but i still use it for balding and some kid lineups. I loved the Rebels when they came out so i bought a 2nd pair and grabbed the boosted as well. Have had them less than 18 months and all 3 of them the power switch has went out and had to be replaced. Not only mine but its happened to a few other rebel users in the shop. Also the battery life in both of my rebels is shyt. I get through 1 hair cut and the light is flashing and stylecraft doesnt sell replacement batteries you would have to send the clipper to them and have them replace it. Stop dropping new clippers every 6 months and work on the quality of the bs that you are putting out.

So to hear that fam... I have the mythic,saber and the apex and they work great... I had one issue with the apex ( no power) it was like a month old... I had it replaced and it's great thankfully 🙏🙏

$260 with micro usb, Stylecraft are clowns. No way this is worth that much, this having micro usb just shows it's just Chinese trash clippers, old technology. No way any company that actually does R&D would omit USB C for that.
