The New Super Why Reboot Is Super Infuriating!!!

Ok, first of all, Super WHY was the most important character of the original series, henceforth the name of the show. Why is he suddenly useless? He was able to change the course of ENTIRE stories! I'm not sure if the creators wanted to give Power Paige aka Sprinkles extra screen time, but making the main Super Readers useless is ridiculous. They just have no purpose when the show is supposed to be about them. Ps. I HATE Marie Sue's. Just because their designed to be likable doesn't mean they automatically are. They can be VERY annoying.

Honestly, her power should’ve been that she can makes drawings come to life instead of combining the other Super Readers’ powers and the villains’ powers. She should’ve been the clever one. And I don’t mean to sound racist but she should’ve been Asian instead of whitewashing Princess Presto. The Super Readers were already so diverse, and an Asian character would’ve made it even more diverse.

You should rant about Wolfoo, it's a Peppa Pig rip-off that claims to be "educational" when really the show is filled to the brim with pregnancy, fighting, peeing and pooping, and stolen sound effects. Oh and not to mention that the names of the characters are uninspiring like get this 'Piggy', 'Kat', 'Pando' and the star of the trash heap show 'Wolfoo'(WoW sO ✨*_cReAtIvE!_*✨). So yeah Wolfoo is basically part of Elsagate 2.0.

I'm not exactly too wild about the original Super Why show, and I feel less of that with this reboot. First of all, it's lost it's sense of animation variation when diving into books, since it's stuck on one setting. There's no social problems that would become a focus, nor did the Super Readers display their casual clothes, and make any form of fairy tale reference like Storybook Village was used to display in the very start and end of each Super Why episode, and.... by seeing your thoughts, the newbie Power Paige is a total back-"stabber" (pencil pun) for snatching away the powers that all of the original Super Readers had. Princess Presto with maybe having some exception for a moment, and minus Woofster the dog, though he had some cameo through a painting on one short. I'll give in a few points to some of the voice cast for reprising roles, one for Princess Presto (Tajja Isen), and the other one for one of the villains in the reboot. In episodic order of the original show, first there's Andrew Sabi(n)ston who reprises the Eraser in "Attack of The Eraser". Originally this villain had the ability to erase full words away in Reader Valley (The similar setting the reboot takes place), while also having a pretty creative design. Then in the end, Super Why manages to fix his super powers by only erasing mistakes, like ditching the "melon" part of watermelons, in order for a pool to have it's water. Now The Eraser's face is kept, but the costume looks cheaper, his voice sounds.... younger? And he can only erase certain vowels to make things disappear, though can't quite stand to see the sight of things fading away. And then there's More Man who first appeared in "Attack of More Man", and was first voiced by Brian Froud (AKA Harold of Total Drama). His ability is the same applied for the reboot, adding an S to make more of everything. In his original appearance he has some fear of heights when a bunch of balloons lift him up, so once Super Why manages to take all but one balloon away, he's a changed man, and only includes an "S" on things that are TRULY necessary to have more of, like carnival prizes. But he goes back to his evil ways in the reboot, with a new voice actor (Dan Chameroy), a better costume design, and him having more devious plans, such as cloning himself, and making sentences never end. For the other two villains who are the new troublemakers in Reader Valley, I'm indifferent to Outta Space and the Shuffler for now, since there's at least one episode where they're either on the helpful side, or is in trouble. I spoke for long enough by now, but you should get my basic point. And I also felt like giving some hint of Super Why trivia.

I found TWO things that this Super Why reboot has something to do with Velma reboot. - First, Alpha Pig has been replaced by an African American girl called "Power Page". Same thing that Shaggy from Scooby Doo, being replaced by an African American called "Norville" on Velma. - The second that Woofster has been removed, Same thing happened to Scooby Doo.
