I find the vision and tyro less interesting except for their use of the superlock. The full sized superlock buster he showed on instagram looks way cooler. It's big enough that it should benefit more from the strength of the mechanism, and it's with civivi, so the price should be reasonable too.

Very happy with mine. It's a bit chunky but that gives the right feeling imo. A tumbstud would be nice

That lanyard loop is like a growth on the butt and the size and design took precedence over the function. Seems to be common these days. Fewer knives but of higher functioning quality would be nice. Companies are missing out by not working with "you and your kind" to refine the products first. Okay - that's just me. Excited for the Excalibur!

They could/should raise the hole up like the Kizer Cormorant. Im also not a fan of the holes. Also would prefer an adult sized one. Neat lock though.

Love mine. My hands are on the smaller side, so the size doesn’t bother me at all. Would I buy a larger version? Absolutely. But that doesn’t take away from this one for me at all.

Have you attempted disassembly? Clip swap? I attempted to with no luck. The Chicago style hardware seems to be pressed in or fixed as I cannot get the opposite side hardware out to swap

I agree with WE overcharging. They seem like 1.2x-1.5x the quality of Civivi, but at 2x-5x the cost.

Pass. I am 1 week in owning a Protech tr4. Nit a big fan of ots autos but had to have that wicked saber grind slab of Magnacut. I usually have buyers remorse when I spend over 200 on a knife but not this time and it was way over 200.😅

For European markets is perfect as far as size goes. In most countries in Europe is already hard to have such a hobby, so smaller folding knives makes it easier to collect them.

I bought this and ended up returning it. I tend to fidget with my knives a lot, and I hated the way the super lock comes to a round point where your finger tip pushes on it, instead of being flat like the other super lock knives. It created too much of a small pressure point, that pretty quickly caused my finger tip to get sore when fidgeting with it for an extended period of time. I do also wish the blade hole location and reverse flick was a lil better as well. It does overall feel like a really nice solid "tool" though, and that it could take a beating.

I cut a few coils off of a demko spring to lighten it up a bit. Turned out well for me. Maybe something to think about if you want to give it another shot in the future.

@Yuck412 my Demko was unreasonably hard to use. I snipped two coils off and it got better. Snipped off two more and it felt good enough. If I shake the knife hard the blade would come out, but not in the pocket, so I believe it was a safe mod.

We knives does everything backwards. First, they came out with the vision. They’re all kinds of weird things with that, like where the pocket clip is. Then, when they go to make changes, they put them on their less expensive brand,Civivi. Shouldn’t it happen the other way around? Don’t get me wrong I can save up and buy the vision FG. Well, I couldn’t afford We knives version of the vision

snecx himself said he wanted to have clip there because the first knife he bough in his life had a pocket clip like that and he liked that a lot so he put it on this knife too

@ i’m not discounting the fact, and I’ve heard that before. And while the designer designs, a knife, the customer has to buy it. I have several friends that sold the We version and instead but the FG. A lot of reviewers, as well as customers have stated that they weren’t fond of it there. Don’t get me wrong, I really like the Snecx design, but I know people that can afford buying 10 of the We vision that instead have bought several of the FG.

@@Tusk2001 yeah I understand, didn't have a chance to try it but in some logic if it was a good location for a clip, more knives would have it there so i belive it is bad. I have the fg and I love it, never had a need to get the R. Hope we get tyro from civivi as well, because i really love this one
