I have always liked these fold away caravans Yes they are a little flimsy but all caravans are anyway . Compact ,that’s where things are heading With most things . Theses things may have there faults but they will not go away

This is a great idea. Just seems like there’s too much use of flimsy materials and there’s a boatload of stuff to go wrong. I don’t want to be 100 miles from home with a broken bar/roof support. These are light. They could beef all that up and probably not even gain 600lbs and you’re still in a weight class SUV’s and mid size trucks are more than happy to pull.
@larryb512 ай бұрын
I'm still using a 2001 Trailmanor and nothing is wrong with the "bar/roof support" (actually called torsion bars). If they were thicker you wouldn't be able to close the roof (upper shell) by hand. It's true, though, that you wouldn't want to climb on the roof without using a piece of plywood to spread your weight around, and watch snow load.

These things hold up well. 2006 still in use and it fits my family of five comfortably. Perfect for us. Lightweight can pull with the family SUV and it stows inside my garage.

I have seen these in person. Not impressed with the quality of materials. I see the molding is coming off already on the outside bathroom wall. Great idea but they need to up their game for the price they are asking.
@tylertalkstraveltrailers5 ай бұрын
@@oldmillrd1506 to be honest I really do agree with you. For the price point I think they can step it up a little more. I feel like they are charging a premium for the simple fact that they close up and can fit in a garage. Thank you for watching😃👍🏼

These things don’t just seem flimsy, they seem creepy. There is something just off putting about these things. It feels like a drug house from 1987, if I can be specific. When I have seen reps from the company, they also come off as creepy. Something just seems off about the whole thing

My 2001 TM 2720SD has one power outlet on the side of the counter near the dinette. The one has been enough for us. If you need more, you could wire in more, but a TM might not be for you if you needs lots of 120V power.

Remember that travel trailer is a compromise between a canvas tent trailer and a full size travel trailer. We got this because it will fit in our driveway, and have a 3 piece bathroom.
