Had two different Trailmanors over the years. Last one was a 1999 2720 SL, which was nearly identical to this one but one end pulled out to make a good sized living room with a couch and an overstuffed chair. Other than different colors, they have changed very little over the years. Very popular in years past, still think they are great! Even attended a few Trailmanor rallies, where we would have up to 30 Trailmanors attending! Huge step up from the Coleman pop up tent trailers I owned. Much easier to keep warm in the Colorado mountains. Would still own mine but the mice got in it and chewed a hole in the mattress and left mouse poop in it. Fixed all that but my prissy wife refused to camp in it because of the mice! Enjoy your Trailmanor!

I am sorry to hear about the mouse. We love our TrailManor and are planning to use it for a long long time.

I upgrades from a pop up and love it so much. Cold weather is not a problem at all! We did up $30 dollars worth of insulation on the sides but that's it. No wet canvas is a game changer!

Hi Paula. Thank you for your comment. I bet you are thrilled. We love ours. We went from tent camping to the TrailManor. Huge difference.

That's a pretty nifty little trailer! For traveling, the setup/take down twice daily might get old, but such a compact little beast.
@Livingyourbestlifeat608 ай бұрын
Yes it is a compact little beast! We generally set up and camp for at least for 2 nights. But we have done road trips and have set up and torn down after 1 night. It really takes such little time it is not that big of a deal.

You'd be surprised. Our model was the 3225 (they don't make it anymore) and I timed the set up of the Trailmanor as compared to other types of travel trailers. Setting up the Trailmanor took an additional 4.5 minutes on average. Plus, it was fun to show off to people how big it got when you set it up. I'm a bit surprised about the statement that older models didn't have flush toilets. I thought they always did, but the older models had recirculating toilets to reduce weight. We had that kind of toilet including a black tank.

Hi, I am looking to upgrade from my Coleman popup that I love, but i want to extend my camping season a little and have more protection. How is this in cooler weather? Any issues with leaks?
@Livingyourbestlifeat608 ай бұрын
Good Morning! Great question. The air conditioning works great as well as the heater. We actually use the heat feature on the air conditioning until and it is more than sufficient. It is great if you have hook ups because you are not using propane. We have not had any leaks and we have camped in Oregon and Washington in heavy rain. It is recommended to have your TrailManor tuned up periodically to check the seals. The 2 issues we had were the battery died after a year and the water heater anode rode deteriorated in less than 2 years. Neither a huge deal but surprising. We love ours and the amount of space and comfort is amazing. Please feel free to ask me additional questions. Happy Camping, Donalyn

I have been thinking about one of these because it will fit in my garage. The recirculating toilet was the main reason I stopped looking at it. Is that toilet a flush toilet using fresh water and a holding tank?
@Livingyourbestlifeat60 Жыл бұрын
We did not want a recirculating toilet either. The toilet is a regular flush toilet using a fresh water tank and a holding tank. Ours is a 2022 and we LOVE it!

Hi! I'm wondering if it's possible to transport 4 bicycles inside when it's folded up? Or do the removable cabinets and shower/toilet stall take up most of the space? We are considering this pop-up camper, but we need to be able to take our bicycles with us, either inside or somehow secure them on top. Thanks for any input you can provide.
@Livingyourbestlifeat609 ай бұрын
Thank you for your question. There really isn’t room for 4 bicycles. Maybe you could get a bike rack. I will tell you we love ours. I smile every time I walk into the garage and see it.

Great video! You were saying that your unit fits inside a standard garage? How long is the unit? Thanks in advance
@Livingyourbestlifeat604 ай бұрын
Good Morning! Thank you for your comment. I am sorry for the delay in my response. We have been watching our 4 grandsons all week. I will measure this afternoon to give you exact measurements. If you haven’t already, please subscribe to my channel.
@Livingyourbestlifeat604 ай бұрын
The trailer length is 18” 1/4” within 1/2” with the trailer hitch swivelled in and our garage is 20’ 5/8”. The fact that the hitch swivels make a huge difference for us. I will post a video of a trailer in the garage this weekend.

Does it leak in the rain?
@Livingyourbestlifeat603 ай бұрын
Thank you for your question. We camped in Oregon and Washington and it rained several night. No leaks.

How sealed is it under the beds? Will moister get up in there if it rains while set up?
@Livingyourbestlifeat606 ай бұрын
Thank you for your question. We have camped in the pouring rain no water has entered the beds nor anywhere else. We have set up in the rain but really only while it was sprinkling. No issues. We travel with a tarp in the event it is raining hard while we were opening it. In that case we would throw the tarp over the top while we were opening it.

It seems like a bit of a pain in the ass to me unless your only changing locations a few time a year I suppose. I do realize the advantage is when you are towing the thing and I am a bit intimidated by towing a large travel trailer or goose neck fifth wheel. I though of a class C motor coach or even a small A but worry if it breaks down. At least with a travel trailer I have a truck I can separate from the trailer to drive also. I see so many calls A coaches with vehicles being towed behind them. I don't really like that.

The main reason we went with a TrailManor is that it fits in our 2 car garage. It has a swing hitch so it actually measures a little over 19’ once it is inside. It definitely would be nice not having to set up when we are on a long road trip but the pros for us far out weigh the cons.
@lawrencewiddis24472 ай бұрын
The time to setup after leveling, wheel blocking etc. is too much for me. And if you need to use the potty or fix lunch whilst on the road…
@Livingyourbestlifeat602 ай бұрын
Thank you for your comment. It definitely doesn’t have the convenience of a full blown motor home but there are many benefits. We still get 15 miles a gallon compared to 8 max with our motor home. We don’t have to pay for storage and the set up is actually pretty quick. But it is definitely not for everyone.

The only bad thing are the 2 cupboards you have to lift and hang on the wall - if they have items inside it will be too heavy
@Livingyourbestlifeat609 ай бұрын
Hi Bonneymac38. I agree with you. I can lift the small cupboard and mount it but the not the large. One solution is to place your items in 2 basket like storage container inside the cupboard and remove them while mounting. If I were camping alone that is how I would do it.

a) requires 2 people to set up and take down b) you must have a very large garage because that sucker is longer than a normal car c) it looks kinda meh inside.. last a 1970's trailer... oddness!
@Livingyourbestlifeat603 ай бұрын
Thank you for your comment. My husband can setup on his own. But I am 5’ tall and you are right I cannot. I don’t weigh enough to get it to latch. Our garage is a standard 2 car garage. The TrailManor has a hitch that swings in. Without that feature it would not fit. Sorry you don’t care for the interior. We love it! But everyone has different likes and differences.
@mikec81233 ай бұрын
Short trips only. Who would want to do that every day? You would have to unload the cabinets too. Not for me.
@Livingyourbestlifeat603 ай бұрын
Lol. The TrailManor is definitely not for everyone. We do both long and short trips. But the set up is so fast that it really isn’t a big deal. We don’t unload our cupboards ever. We just take them down. We love it. But I totally get it, it’s not for everyone.
