The latest update actually managed to make loot worse, and take away our daily beans and water... I really hope the loot durability is just a bug and not an intended feature, and I also hope LDoE reconsiders the bean/water change and gives us that back (I'm going to be completely honest, it's incredibly lame of them take away our dang beans!). Thought I was going crazy too. The new update effectively killed my excitement for chopper events now that you're only guaranteed maybe 1-2 guns at half durability or higher as opposed to before the update, when you could get 4 depending on which event it was.

I still remember when I lost my best stuff in a red zone by getting trapped and I lost some guns, armor, resources, and my tactical backpack. I was so sad and felt defeated but I went to my inbox and saw the free beans. I don't know why, but I just smiled how it was there for free, for me. Thank you beans.

I guess it's time to stockpile your guns. They probably harder to find. If this is happening, it SHOULD be balance with the repair workbench debut(craftable) in the game. Hope kefir has some good plan BTW that is some intelligence conversation with his clanmate 😂😂

There's honestly a lot of things that need to change: here's a few example: Kill X Zombie in Y zone that NEVER spawn. Raiding = Raid a set circle bases over and over. Raiding Empty hacker bases. Raiding Full Metal bases/ safe bases. Blueprint exchange rareity, The list can go on and on. For people that's been playing over 2 years. The most fun part of the game is Base raid, however it seems like they don't want to adress what's broken, and rather focus on some boooring multiplayer zone.

That's been my guess too. It makes financial sense on their part for the short term. Long term, you lose players, you lose money. I've never been shy to spend some money on the game, because i love the game and wanted to contribute to the cause (so to speak). But lately, this is just going entirely too far. They'll end up losing more than a few cash cows. Hopefully, that'll be a lesson learned

Yeah, I feel bad for the new players most of all. I'm at a high level, so I'll be okay (for a while, at least...), but people now starting out are getting hit hard with the horrible loot. I remember when I first got the plane event as as a new player a few months ago; I was so excited by all the awesome gear and weapons. If this sort of update had happened right before I first began playing, I'm pretty sure I would've gotten frustrated soon and quit. It definitely doesn't want to make me want to actually buy stuff with my real money, like some people think is the cause behind the awful update.

And unfortunately I think this isn't a bug. I'm not sure if anyone else noticed but when you grind in any of the zones, the drop rate for cloth after killing zombos has dropped DRAMATICALLY. This all tells me that this is the "game balance" Kefir worked on for the new update. The newer players are going to be the ones most affected by these changes and might not stick around since Kefir decided to make the game less rewarding and harder for them

Let's not forget that storage space in corpses (human and zombies) was also nerfed. Before this last update, you could kill raiders or zombies and use them as a storage for equipement or loot, now that ain't possible anymore.

Totally agree with you. Regardless whether or not it was intentional, they need to restore the durability. I've already complained because it feels like a major inconvenience to use weapon durability for a one hit armor or weapon. Hope you had a better day, and keep up the great work.

Your channel always talks about the things to come even though Kefir doesn't implement many of the things they have concepts for. They released the repair bench in Frostborn where you can repair weapons every 24 hours. LDOE has a repair bench as well that we haven't been able to make yet. If they plan of releasing the new metals to build it, it would make sense why the durability went down on items. Also new metals should allow us to build guns for the first time other than the zipgun.

I've been getting that issue with weapons and armor with 1 durability on them as well. I go farming all the time for iron and stuff and random survivors will come after me when i ignore them and when I kill them and see what they have or see an item or weapon they are using that I want, 1 durability.

It gets worse I had 10days of skulls on my raid got a revenge raid. Stopped playing for about an hour. Turn on game all my skulls gone. Support tried to say 10 visit was made to my base in that time. And once I said I have been playing 2 years a tech supposedly sent complaints to developers..I have heard nothing yet.

i have a second account and just started being able to have the raiders and loot other bases.... my concern is the raiders are so picky they are not even satisfied even if you give them lots of guns or super valuable things. they keep on raiding my base because I have literally nothing they can be satisfied with.

Managing that partial durability loot is key to early and mid-level game play. Making a large part of it worthless takes away from the game and makes it less enjoyable to play. So, Kefir, if it's less enjoyable people won't play as much or may find a different game to play.
