My great, great, great grandfather, a Civil War Union officer. was a professional photographer and learned photography in Paris from the inventor of photography. Now I know what to do with the hundreds of explicit battlefield photos he took. I have unpublished photos he took of Mark Twain in the 1870's drunk and stumbling around while wearing women's clothing and smoking a cigar. Now I know what to do with that. I have photographs my grandfather took in Boston about 1917 of Babe Ruth playing baseball. I have photographs of my great, great, great grandmother in the 1890's quite elderly chasing around her great grandchildren on a beach. Now I know what to do with that. I have photos of my grandmother caring for the sick at her nursing school in 1918. I have photos of my grandfather in France in 1918-1919 working on Breguet 14 Biplanes that the US used for bombing and I have more of him working with Tesla. And tens of thousands of such photos mostly of family but some of famous historical people. I had absolutely no idea AI had progressed to the point of this quality in this video. This has given me a whole new family history direction to go in. I am my family's genealogist and now I'm thinking I should have my ancestors narrate their own biographies. I have recordings of the voices of all my grandparents, six of my great grandparents and both of my parents. So I'm thinking of using the above photo collection for reference and make videos several minutes long talking about their lives and what they did. I have a recording of my grandmother's sister who told me that all the older relatives told her that she sounded just like her great grandmother who is of course my great, great, great grandmother so she will do a stand in for her. And finally my aunt told me I sounded just like my great great grandfather. I'm going to have a lot of fun over the next ten years. I haven't been this excited since the invention of digital scanners.

Oh my goodness. You have a lot of photos and recordings! How did you manage to collect all those voice recordings? (And the professional photos are amazing too. Be careful with battle scenes and ai for the moment. I think graphic imagery is problematic on some platforms. Others less so.)

Loved this!! Are you working with Flux at all? I want to learn how to use it but learn best from videos like yours.

Exactly! :) That’s the first thing my daughter said. It’s like those Harry Potter pictures.
