I do need to note that you'll need to also add the "Set Material" node somewhere between "Volume to mesh" and "Set smooth", or directly to the group output. It won't recognize any shaders until that is added.

This thing is so fun. I was just goofing around and made a damn good looking Swiss cheese with it mixing a checker and musgrave. When a node is added, it’s a whole new word added to a language. So many new interactions. Especially with a “word” this versatile and powerful.

I do a lot of 3D printing and it's always been frustrating how I can make cool stuff like this in blender but it was difficult to convert that into printable geometry. This should simplify some things considerably.

3D print tech still infant maybe in next 20 years in future it will finally catching up. But as in another craft industries, more valuable items mostly built or kitbashing by human hand :) We just need proper building bloks

I love the tutorial. I'm practicing with him. I have a problem, when I want to adapt the volume to a logo mesh. I use mesh to volume instead of volume cube but it has a different density on which I cannot apply color ramp. Do you know how I could solve this?

Hello Ducky, thanks for this beautiful tutorial. I would like to ask , what`s an alternative node for Musgrave texture node in Blender 4.2 pls? I noticed that Musgrave texture node isn`t there.

Hi Ducky, Could u please make tutorial on "frozen effect". I know its long but gives same satisfying effect like your other tutorials and it can be used in not only simple scenes but also in big environments. The tutorial that I found "Blender Tutorial - How to Create Procedural Ice Frozen Effect Generator in Blender Timelapse" is nothing but a 4x like timelapse that's just a show off as someone perfectly said in comments. I think you are the one that would make it easy and understandable. I hope you respond on your decision, if not still thanks for all the tutorials. Love ya and your content.
