That switch side gash in the left side of the reciever is a deal breaker for me, thats just an invitation for all manners of junk to enter your action, especially for a duck hunter

What’s the point of being able to switch the cocking handle if the shells still eject on the right side?
@DuckGunChronicles7 ай бұрын
So you don’t have to switch your hand placement 🤷♂️
@jayneup47767 ай бұрын
@@DuckGunChroniclesbut the bolt release is still on the right hand side and since its inertia u still have to switch hands or sides to release the bolt carrier or the shell release tab. I’m a lefty and see no advantage of having just the bolt handle on the left side 🤷♂️

Cool you can switch it around . Only problem I see is that it’s a place that water and ice and debris can get into pretty easily.
@DuckGunChronicles7 ай бұрын
Ya I thought of that as well. We will see how that works out. It does have a large hole on the other side as well which is normal so I wouldn’t expect any more junk would get in their than normal
@kgrantmckeown7 ай бұрын
You’ll always have a that opening for your bolt and stuff does get in it. However when it’s really wet and cold I put my gun receiver down so stuff doesn’t get in there with the sorix you have that on both sides and more chances to get ice in there ya know what I mean?

I could see marketing this as a left handed option if it was built like the Remington CTI (bottom load/ejection), but switching the bolt on a shotgun does nothing for a left handed shooter. Did they actually talk to anyone who is left handed when they made this….?

Curious to find out if the trigger assembly is compatible with the 18i. Looking for upgraded version. Not a fan of how small and tucked away the safety is on the 18i

I’m not sure if it is or not. The safety is definitely bigger than on the 18i tho

I got several weatherbys I'm more into the H&R and a Savage Stevens and all the other things such as that but I'm still sticking with my Remington 1100 magnum 3 1/2 inch BBBB number 3 nickel shot and yes I have melted thousand dollars of nickels to make at least an entire five boxes of these massive overpowered shotgun shots they are very powerful and yes even over penetration shotshell though but they will get the job done on some federal turkeys I have also personally made number 1iron shot from a iron Skillet and these pellets of the shotgun shell is so ridiculous it will even clear an entire brush and take out the target that's behind the brush trust me

Like the early review but gotta say right away the money saved for making a switchable left hand right hand leaves me to believe there a huge opening for debris and water to come right in that normally would not happen. I’ve shot a bunch of guns don’t think I’d waste my time. The 940 mossberg water fowl pro is great so far and I love my pump Remington 887. Haven’t cleaned it in 5 seasons and still works and looks new, besides a little dried mud. Just being honest with ya and the company.
