First, I am a huge CO fan and a huge Sanders fan. I think he can be a solid NFL QB. I am also a huge Giants fan and I do NOT want them to draft him. Also a couple of things off the top: 1) Why does everyone think that Deboll is a QB whisper? Is it the continuous REGRESSION of Jones and Lock? Honing the skills of Devito into a QB that can be a starter? Or was it simply because he had involvement with Allen who has had some of his best seasons after Deboll departed and absolutely insane skills? Please explain this to me. 2) Did you really just say has Sanders "has a tendency to take a lot of sacks"? Ya think.... He led the NCAA in average sacks per game of almost 5 in 2024 and was just shy of that mark in 2023. The main reason for this is unless its a designed high percentage play and route he sits and holds the ball until a REC comes open and looks for the ball(you can NOT do this in the NFL). 3) I had no idea it was so easy to build an offensive line around a QB, I wonder why the Giants have never tried that before. I mean, clearly according to you it is as easy as going to pick up bricks at Home Depot. Yep, that would solve it immediately..... you are brilliant. The Giants should hire you. Since you solved everything I stopped watching after you built an O-line to protect the most sack prone QB in the NCAA who also holds the ball longer than virtually any QB in recent memory as simply as running down to Home Depot buying some (obviously on sale bricks for O-Linemen) because you are also wanting to toss around some of your limited budget on a Maserati or two.
