The hubris to claim that the billions made in micro-x "help" pay for routine updated content is absurd. It's about as greedy as it gets for all these companies. Let's see how many more years the player base tolerates this especially as cheating becomes even more rampant in all these games.

They aren’t lying about that part. They’re just overstating it all of those patches and everything that happens throughout the year that isn’t developing the new game is considered an additional expense. Those billable hours do cost money so they’re not lying, but it just doesn’t cost as much as they make in revenue for it.

If yall play the game as much as i know yall do you literally earn vc/badges and will be a high pverall in 2 days. I havent spent money on 2k since 2k20 and i have a 90 win percentage every year. Deleted 2k24 3 days ago best feeling ever. Squad mate was 80 percent from the floor with a 98 3pt and shot 5 bricks in a row just to keep the game close. Flat out horrible game play. Don’t matter what game they release you gone be shooting bricks wide open with 90+ rating shots.

See now this is where we be dividing brute... just because you find ways to have fun on a game with bad gameplay doesnt mean the gameplay isnt bad. The gameplay has been bad on this game for the last 3 games i didnt buy the last two because of that and played them when they free to see if anything would change and it didnt.. I'm actually gonna call on badgeplug and you to amp it up more on 2ks bad business practices like creators did to EA when they dropped battelfield 2 with all of those micros transactions and in a month of it being out EA change the micro transactions.
