As far as shooting goes, contested shots should be really low this year. These guys said contested shots was gonna be fixed/lowered in the season 5 or 6 patch notes, but it seems like everyone was hitting contested shots at a really high percentage since then.

2k21 shot aiming was ELITE. two ways to green. I was pissed when they took it away. Shooting with the stick feels more comfortable than shooting with X anyways. I was so elite at aiming people thought I was cheating

The problem isn’t the dribbling it’s the defense. Somebody can be standing stationary on offense and hit the Jamal Murray move and create space and yet on defense u can’t move that fast to stop it sometimes and then they have the nerve to let people be able to green heavily contested shots all the time 😂. If people could move fluid on defense there would be no problem. They even have passing animations that stop u from moving on defense, like they need to get that out the game.
