Honestly as a Māori Wahine ( female ), the best Haka are the ones that come from the heart, the ones done with so much mana and pride. The most thrilling ones that I’ve experienced are either from ‘Kapa Haka’ performances ( recommend people to watch clips of these, get a more solid look into our Māori culture ) and special family occasions. The most beautiful one for me was the one I received by my family from back home in New Zealand on camera for my 21st birthday over here in Australia. Every Haka tells a story, I know it may come off as weird to others but this is apart of my culture and identity. I take pride in it, honour it and down right love it.

maybe in the NBA is not that of a contact sport, but if you play basketball in Europe, especially on the Balcan area and Turkey, you know that you have to be prepared for lots of contact during the game. We have very tough defence, and we don't care about the show that much but for the win.

Wow, nice tradition! If u newzealanders enter to any match with this attitude to fight to win, then I see there is great chance to win. It is delightful to see how the maori tradition is in the national soul, and I'm pretty sure kiwis are very proud to belong to NZ. Best regards from Ecuador, South America!

Of all the traditional arts that humanity has ever created for thousands of years of anthropological evolution and development, the Haka is one of the most imposing, formidable, and effective creation to have ever been made. The ability to express one's strength and ferocity in such a terrifyingly beautiful way against one's adversaries is phenomenal. To think that this art is still preserved and lives on to the 21st century is amazing. I hope that it can be passed down for generations to come.
