I still would like Nintendo to stay in the breath of the wild world one more time, but make it like the dragon quest builder games where you help rebuild hyrule, defeat more challenging foes/gangs and restore zeldas palace. I would like to have seen/walkthrough hyrule before Ganon destroyed it. maybe link it with ocarina of time where you use the sword to go back in time...i don't know...botw and totk are some of my all time favorite games, I am not ready to leave this hyrule.

@@alpha-boss Maybe in the first couple of games. I can't remember if Link is foretold to do something in the legends of those 2 games. I can't even remember if Zelda is a legend in those. I think she is in the second one. But just about every single main series game after those includes Link in the legends. He's a legend too. There are even weird pictures of him and his sword in some of them.

Zelda posseses one of the triforce:) thus she possesses as much divine power as Link, so it is funny that Link can be a playable character, but not Zelda, Zelda is not a little girl to be saved lol, she possesses all the magic Goddess had when she was alive and fought big calamity, Link has even less power than Zelda...

For the switch to I think they do 2 things... I think they offer a cheap upgrade ($10 to $20), or they repackage it as a nintendo select type of thing for $30 that includes the dlc and enhancements, etc and they do this for all their first party switch games. Many people will double dip / upgrade and this will fill in the gaps while while we wait for switch 2 new releases

I wouldn't call much of what Nintendo has done with Legend of Zelda in the past 10 years improving the series. Especially Tears of the Kingdom had the worst story line and retcons in the franchise. But honestly whatever Nintendo does is never as bad as their competitors because even when they drop the ball, the games they produce are still fun.

I really hope to see The Legend of Zelda The Windwaker and Twilight Princess HD Ports finally comes to Nintendo Switch and about of the New Zelda Game Sitsuation with an Update i'm worried after of Botw and Totk 2 masterpieces, it's really hard to believe there is coming something huge for the Next New Mainline Zelda game, but I would love to see these like things about of the New Zelda game, not remasters or remakes: Cadense of Hyrule 2, The Legend of Zelda where you play as Zelda herself or the 3DS Gem Tri Force Heroes-like game for Nintendo Switch. Nintendo's market in general increased with the current generation of gaming. Overall financial success doesn't indicate quality, especially when you're counting inflated money.

What I expect? Under the current leadership… A port that I don’t really need or a top down game with a cartoony graphic style that I don’t care for and some kind of control gimmick. What I want? Games like the Oracle games, link’s awakening, link to the past, ocarina of time, and Majora’s mask. As for playable Zelda? The only suggestion I’ve heard that is of any interest to me is the one where be playing as her disguised as sheik during link’s seven year slumber. It would either need to keep the original play style of ocarina time or go full blown stealth game. No hyrule warriors hack and slash or anything.

I want Zelda II remastered with updated combat that is slightly easier than the Soulsborne games so it's still enjoyable. They could also remake the oracle games with extra content. If not, a sandbox 3d Zelda or brand new top down Zelda in a totally different world with new gameplay mechanics (please get rid of weapon durability!).

A battle I would love to play is the one in the cutscene where we see Ganon and the other Gerudo in the valley as they call on Moldugas.
