simple way: check the doors. If bonnie or chica see you and you are staring at them, they get stunned for 5 seconds before they go very fast and kill you. Power will go out everytime a hour passes. When power goes out you have to find the key before they find you. If they find you they will go into the stun before they teleport and inevitably kill you. It's actually not possible to beat FNAF 1 doom though.
