Pre-cut meshes closer to size using a guillotine, (Try to uniform your stapling, dont think you need that many) Make a template to cover mesh when applying glue (use a foam brush, less split and minimal dripping) Just scoop the paint with a spoon in the jars (You can upgrade to a manual paste filler later on, or source prepacked options) Pricing down is easier than up, (original price is $50 for kit with 3 inks, early buyer's and youtube views get at whatever discount you decide, limited time only) Put an ad out for an intern ( 1-2 weeks or on demand) The success of any business is not the idea but the execution and how well you can scale it. You have the resources and knowledge, time to get the process down with a small team (member)

I’m a full time screen printer, I’d love to give some pointers and tips. A real quick tip I have would be to incorporate registration marks. Also try looking into some kind of registration system. I’m not sure of registration systems for manual presses, I operate a ROQ so we use their PRU system and it’s amazing. It squares the screen and has lasers we use to line up registration marks. It comes with an attachment for the press to then square the screens into the press. This helps insure the graphics are perfectly straight and centered in the screen and also makes it easier to register multiple screens for multicolored prints.

To help on the shipping costs, just sale the kit unassembled. You could ship the frame and tube in a cylinder or smaller rectangle box to save some cash on shipping.

Here are some other things you can screen print. Wheel Covers for Jeeps. also with just a regular oven you can make a press which uses rollers to print on the side of mugs and glasses. You need an ink that you bake on to the glasses but you know how to design and you make your own screens. You then market to novelty restaurants and companies which sell things that need glass bottles and jars.
