Not very grand, but the beauty of this airport lies in its simplicity and tasteful style. Once they build the other terminals, I’d bet it’s gonna be even grander than now. Maybe 15-20 more years when Clark develops more into an actual global city and the airport gets to serve more passengers triggering a demand to build more terminals.

More flights were added these past few months with new airlines. The underground station is being built right now so hopefully airlines will add more flights as the airport will have direct connectivity with MM and people will opt to avoid the congested NAIA.

I hope NMIA in Bulacan will have the same feeling. While Clark is an option, the additional direct flights will likely use NMIA, especially from Europe and North America going as far as Atlanta or Washington-Dulles for the longest direct flight between the Philippines and anywhere throughout the world. Those flights will use NMIA. NAIA should be demoted to a domestic airport forcing all of the international flights to and from the Philippines to use Clark and/or NMIA. The longer international flights will use NMIA while the shorter international flights will use Clark and/or NMIA. The domestic flights will use NAIA, NMIA, and Clark.

One of the best airports in the Philippines. I’m ready for this to expand. A shopping mall , convention center and arena will rise soon at Clark Airport complex. Upon completion of North South Commuter Railway in 2025/2026 , CIA will be the first airport in the country with railway connection.

The MCIA's design is more wavy depicting the ocean waves which surrounds the Cebu province and the rest of the Visayas region popular for its beaches while the CIA's pointy design shows the mountainous area in Zambales and the Arayat.
