The Next Gen EC Tuner Brake

This thing looks well-machined and more aesthetically pleasing than the previous generation. I can't wait to try this one out!

A barrel tuner WILL work for EVERYONE!!! It's just that most guys are lazy and won't put in the work. They move it twice and then insist that it doesn't work. Sometimes depending on the rifle it takes more work to get it dialed in. I had a 30-06 rifle that was that way. It took me probably 30 or more rounds to find the sweet spot and have it dialed in. Sure it took a lot of shots and a couple hours waiting for the barrel to cool between each group, but it was worth it in the end.

I have one of his EC Tuner Brakes on my 6.5 PRC ..It works great for me.I wish he made one for a 338 caliber for my 33XC.

@@TexasTrained I have 3 of the gen 1 tuner brakes (338, 308, and 6.5). My range is shut down for upgrades until summer so I sit here impatiently waiting. LOL

@alvingibbons7543 ain't that a bummer.Im buying one fir my 33XC abd hope it reduces recoil as good as my T4 Terminator and helps tune my load.I have a couple of his 1st Tuner brakes abd they work on my 6.5 LRC and I drilled out one of the 6.5 models of his to a 30 cal. And it works on my 300 PRC Ishit last year in King of 1 Mile and 2 Mile matches. I went to 33xc abdb375 Cheytac for 2023 though.

Have one on my CA Ridgeline 300wsm which is about a 9lb outfit rifle, scope and ammo. I’ve actually been shooting 600yds and seen the vapor trail and impact it does such a good job with recoil

Thank you for this video, Are you satisfied with the brake function?Since this is a combination of a brake and a tuner. Is there any data regarding the amount of recoil reduction,or maybe a link so i can find it. Thanks ,and warm greetings from the Netherlands.

I don’t have any data nor am I aware of anyone who has made a video on recoil reduction for this brake. My opinion is very subjective: I shot it using 6mm Creedmoor this past weekend and I was able to spot my impacts and misses. Overall I’m satisfied with the recoil reduction.
