Gotta give credit to steelseries, I like this direction. Only downside is bud shapes like these dont fit some people, so its hard to find the right balance.

I really like the idea of 2.4GHz earbuds, but I can't stand silicone eartips. Any chance we might in future get a version of these that rest in the outer ear, similar to how Samsung released their Galaxy Buds 3 without silicone tips alongside the Buds 3 Pro which did have them?

Fix the known scroll wheel issues with the Aerox 9 wireless mouse and make it right for your customers. I’ve owned/own countless steelseries products and usually they’re great but the Aerox 9 scroll wheel broke and began scrolling in random directions randomly (it doesn’t do it every time which makes me think maybe a software/firmware update could at least help with the issue) a couple months into owning it and thus I can’t exchange it but considering it’s a wide spread issue that still hasn’t been addressed/fixed even for those in current production on a $120+ mouse is insane and is the reason it’s the last steelseries product I’ll own especially considering I have cheap $30 mice with the exact same feature set/amount of programable buttons/software which I’ve had for years and still work fine. I’d even buy the scroll wheel for $10 and replace it myself with some quick soldering just so that I don’t have to go between the steelseries software for my keyboard and headphones and the other software for the $30 mouse but that’s not an option

I am not understanding how to connect these to my XB Series X. Do you plug the adapter in the controller, and then how do you pair? The there’s no instructions with the box other than the “1, 2, 3” steps you have on the box. So PLEASE release a how to video with pair these gamebuds. 💯

So far not a good experience. Volume level of games on PS5 is too low, on youtube app is ok. Can't pair them on my PC in bluetooth mode, they work on pc with the adapter. Edit: I Connected via bluetooth on PC and it works well on both modes. The only thing is with the PS5, still too low, like half of the sound it can go on PC.
