What's the point of moving applications, like you did with Spotify - to Aux, Google Chrome - to Media, OBS studio - to Game, if you still have a single and unchanging audio output from your PC to speakers? Maybe you use headphones for gaming and speakers for media, but not everyone does. Someone listens to everything on speakers. I listen to everything on speakers. Why would I move applications to sections like Game, Media, AUX, if I use speakers for everything? I have one thing that bothers me about Sonar. Sonar automatically detects speakers and output, where it sets 8 channels and 96Hz and it is not possible to change it in any way. With music, 8 channels are useless if stereo is always stereo with 2 channels, so even 100 speakers will not play better, and upmix will not help either, because upmix will divide 2 high-quality stereo channels into 8 or more and the sound quality of the music is degraded. Even if I put, for example, a music player on media, there is always a preset sound output to speakers. Just like in the game, just like in the aux. And the worst part is that you can't change the music settings to play 2 channels, 24bit and 48Kh/44Kh. Or am I wrong? Can I have the music frequencies set differently in the media than in the game? I would definitely use 5.1 in the game. Do you have any advice? Can it be divided like this and change the frequencies and bits? im typing with this keyboard rn and it actually feels great and sounds pretty good too. I would get the tkl version so i can have more room. But if you also have the wooting you can change the switches out for the lekker switches and maybe even jade pros

Well suddenly i can see your videos lol i've been trying to get in contact but you can't unless it's for steelseries products. Anyway i need to tell you that i really like Sonar i do but the problem is you keep breaking it every 1 and a half to 3 months with the updates. The software doesn't update on a live basis so i continually have to keep reinstalling Steelseries GG. I've had to reinstall it twice in the space of 1 month and a half this time and Sonar stops working and so do the presets it switches to just using the default sonar equalizer sound. We can't sync our presets so i have to keep recreating my presets which is just a pain to do every time and the changes i make for my type of headphones is pretty easy but still it takes me over an hour to set it up again. You appear to be sorting out the sound on the presets the one i created isn't as good as the extra bass one now so i switched to the extra bass preset instead and had to figure out which circles to change the gain on. I just wish we could see the update changes live after updates or turn off the updates so i don't have to keep doing this and reinstalling Steelseries GG so often. Sonar has helped me balance the sound out on my headphones and i can't find anything better either but it also makes it difficult to use it so i think that needs sorting out, it needs to be like other software we can see the changes after the updates.

cool and all but i purchased my Apex pro today the 2023 version.. $320 AUD ok for a premium keyboard... however it doesnt explain why on earth the 2024 version right next to it in the store was $580 AUD.. you mean to tell me that it cost $260 to insert a piece of foam and lube some keys ? please explain the difference in model to me ? pretty happy with the purchase overall though so far... freels different than anything ive ever typed on.
