Never going to be able to regulate helmet to helmet out of the game. What you can regulate (like with hockey) are the intentional blows to the head and leading with the crown of the helmet (which is a danger to both players). But without specific rules and penalties, the players association will never agree to, there really isn't any reason to talk about it because it won't change. Heck even with impartial "doctors" on the sidelines teams still don't care to get obviously concussed players off the field.

Playing football isnt for everyone. Most people arent wired the right way. We all understand/understood the risks involved, yet we chose to play anyway.

No, they make millions because millions of people watch football games. Soccer players are paid more and they are in far less danger of serious injury.

This is a part of the game. Every player knows this and still signs up anyway. They get paid MILLIONS to do it and the vast majority of them love it. They have seen what happens to older NFL players when they get older. To make the point even more, whenever these "safety" rules get instituted two things happen: players complain and it almost never makes the game safer. I don't understand what people are expecting the league to do when dudes are literally getting into car crashes every minute or so. Imagine getting into a car crash over and over in your car, with all the safety features, and expecting not to get serious injury after a bunch of them. It's football, it's quite literally a part of the game.
