Just a note on Christian Hackenburg - I went with my dad to an Eagles home preseason game where they were playing the Jets. Hackenburg was the quarterback most of the game and I just remember my dad looking at me towards maybe the end of the second quarter with a look like “wtf are you making me watch.” He actually said to me “this might be the worst qb performance I’ve ever seen in an nfl stadium.” I went back to look and find the stats to see if they were as bad as I remembered and he completed 11 for 31 passes for 54 yards 😂😂(He threw a pick 6 as well). Just an example of a massive reach in the draft for the Jets on a guy just because he was maybe built as the prototypical pocket passer(6ft 4inch tall, decently built). Also, Mekhi Becton? He’s been pretty damn good for the Eagles so far. He’s been playing as a guard instead of an OT, so maybe that’s helped him? Jeff Stoutland is really great when it comes to developing O line men.
